At first I didn't understand why this matrimonial has got only 1 star but now from my own experience things are very clear. I have registered my profile in this site and from the day 1itself it's showing that my profile has suspended but i am getting interest and views from others .I contacted customer care, sent mail to the helpdesk but till now no help has provided from their side. I can't even delete my profile too.
The customer care executive whom I talked to was exceptionally rude .
