At first I didn't understand why this matrimonial has got only 1 star but now from my own experience things are very clear. I have registered my profile in this site and from the day 1itself it's showing that my profile has suspended but i am getting interest and views from others .I contacted customer care, sent mail to the helpdesk but till now no help has provided from their side. I can't even delete my profile too.

At first I didn't understand why this matrimonial has got only 1 star but now from my own experience things are very clear.
Their services are too bad, people who try to find their partners please don't register on this site .
I have registered my profile, from the first day itself it is showing my profile has been suspended, I have contacted the customer care, sent mail to helpdesk...days passed no help from anybody. One customer care executive whom I talked to was very rude .
Till now my issue has not been sorted out.

I have paid for an upgrade to Prime Gold Plan which showed me the amount as 4, 424 but the amount that is deducted from my account is 8, 318.
Have raised complaint multiple times and attached the screenshots from the bank and the invoice they have shared. They are simply closing the ticket without refunding saying that they haven't received the excess amount.

My sister (ID- DUS114106) has subscribed to the INR 1500 plan for the community matrimony on 20th September 2021 before the confirmation of the service representative Mohit- [protected] (Chat & Receipt Attached) but we are unable to see a profile picture of the groom after several try we connect to their customer care when we asked about the issue their response is very pathetic. indirectly they said we cannot help you. we request a refund for this because they do not want to help us.

They took it from our credit card without our knowledge and have been silent on email since 7th of this month. No replies to my multiple email reminders with their ticket number SNR 217493. whenever i call they say that i will get it today and there is no sign of any money showing up on my credit card account.

I had registered my son’s profile on community materimony (Brahmin materimony) in the name of Prashant sharma by depositing the requisite fee. But after a few months the community matrimony had coercively deducted Rs. 3598/- from my credit card with out my permission. The company has cheated me with Rs.3598/- by doing such unlawful activity. I have made calls on customer care many times but all in vain as only false promises were done.
Now it is requested to kindly help me to return my money Rs 3598/- at the earliest possible.

I hv registered in iyer matrimony for my son. I am getting mutiple messages for profiles, over age group profiles. Filter is not working. Inspite of repeated emails. No response from the company. Very bad service. I hv paid full amount but no use it is mere waste. Don't go for this matrimony group. I am sharing my experience. My mobile no [protected]/[protected]

My Matrimony ID- THY273902 . It was seen that without my consentan amount of Rs. 4100/- had been debited from my credit card. How it had happened ? I don't know?Please may reply at the earliest.

Excess amount was deducted from my bank a/c during an online transfer. It has exceeded 2 weeks since a refund of the difference amount was promised but no action has been taken so far. At first, they did not hold responsibility and blamed the nationalized bank through which i have been making transactions for decades. They also tried to convince me to go for a higher package for which they can adjust the difference in amount paid.

(Matrimony id[protected] deduction of 288 usd + 117 usd=405 usd from the credit card without not taken permission from the card holder and at the same time ernakulam branch staffs are lying regarding the payment.

Requesting you to refund the mentioned full amount to the same card holder and at the same time i would like to mention that, the mentioned branch is really cheating us like this way. (Community matrimony[protected]

I am 24 female, my father was forced by these matrimony people to register with paid plan of 3000 rs for 3 months with unlimited matching profiles, phone number view, chatting and what not.
He fell for their plan and paid 3000 rs.

Yes their madhava matrimony under community matrimony is such a bad application.
A) you cannot see what messages you have sent
B) cannot chat with the matching profiles unless they accept
C) the matching profile members must be also be a planned member to see your phone number
D) you cannot see horoscope with your gold plan

So utter waste! Their mobile app and the programming is so worst that you cannot even filter as per your requirements

You get a few minimum number o[censored]seless matching profiles as matches and if we contact their costumer service they will say your choice is too specific do you are getting limited number of profiles.

This proves that this service of community matrimony specifically "madhava matrimony" is waste of all your hard earned money.

Never ever trust these fraud people. And the people are too worst they call you hundred times to renew your packages.

Once fell as prey never fall again.

These wedding services are fraudster.

We never got what we are told or promised for 3000/-

There was hell lot of time wasted in searching 1 or 2 good profiles as per our preference among their matches.
Lot of energy wasted, we got frustrated by their service.

So people dont waste your money time energy and patience.

I hope this complaint will help to get my father's money back. And help numerous to not to fall prey for these money packages of community matrimony site.

The committed membership package validity period by service staff from guindy office hascnot updated in my matrimony profile so I raised complaint for refund the paid amount due to false statement to [protected]@communitymatrimony.com. Time since 10days over still I didn't get any refund update from customer care & also whenever I used to call them for status they simply updating as complaint has been forwarded to concerned department. So I need your support to get my refund amount back from concerned department

Hi, I'm a paid member of website community matrimony after customer support person kalpana's nice speech. She said will provide the contacts of the matched profile. But after registering with community matrimony. They are asking to register in all of sub websites and not providing proper support. Since it is India they are cheating us.she is using abusive words and scolding me as broker. Thanks, Saran

hi sir am fr tamil nadu and i have registed this fr my daughter . once i registered they were calling me coninusly and asking me for money so i just paid that thinking i will find better match for my daughter a gal was coninusly calling me and asking me to pay money.. wat she did was she her self created id for my daughter and told me to pay for that id and i too paid that ... that was my first mistake ever did.. i got consly call frm custmr care telling that i am having two profiles dis and that even that i din mind.. a boy was calling me telling my daughters name and he toold he wanted her photo i told him to just give his fathers num he arranged some one and he spoke with me again and again later i came to know that most of them got married and more than half profiles were fake i really got shocked soo plss dnt do pay any money ..and now that custmr care girl herself attening my calls and telling wrong num
