I paid 2800 rs and booked HD box with an offer 3 yrs subscription free, but the very first month I received a message for recharge or else it will get switched.Look like I was cheated by you people, I have sent so many complaints but no response as on date.
The subscription should end only in the year 2021 not sure how switch off date comes here.
I have paid 500 rupees and recharged the connection last month time avoid switch off.
I need my subscription amount back and cancel the connection or else activate the 3 years connection and refund my 500 yrs.
