I have purchased one dish tv from compare dth platform & they give coupon for free shoes with shipment cost rs.199. So i have paid rs. 199 on 25/11/2017. But still shoes not received. I have sent much time to follow up mail but only reply that will send info in 7 days but still not confirm delivery date. I have tried their phone number but [protected] but no one picks up my call. So i complaint on their website & complaint ticket id is 5cd-5ee-2bcb9. I want shoes otherwise i consider this is one of the fraud & do needful action against them. Finally, After 45 days of payment, I received my Sports Shoe. Compare DTH / Vserve Ecommerce Sales & Service customer support has been notified about the posted complaint. Jan 06, 2018 Updated by Rajkiran Patil I got mail from [protected]@dishtv.in on Fri, 05 Jan 2018 16:16:28. as below -Dear Rajkiran, As per our conversation on [protected], informed you that Shoes have been delivered today by Indian Post with POD No.: [protected] and it will be updated on website overnight and will be traceable by tomorrow Morning. Moreover, it may take 5 to 7 working days to reach the shoes. Regards, Online Team DishTV So I have checked but still no any consignment detail(Find attachment).this is happened 2nd time with me by this people. I am checking legel compliant on comparedth so that they can't cheat another people please tell me.  | |||||

They reply me by mail & written that "We wish to inform you that your shoes have been dispatched from our side by India Post POD No EU[protected]IN".
I have checked india post website & surprisingly there is no such type of consignment (attached snapshot)
Also, I don't know what type quality of shoes they will supply . As per compare dth people sport shoes cost is Rs.1300. let us see.
