My name is shyam nandam roy phone no [protected]. I pay for 1 dist tv dth. payment id 87382352 and order no CDT [protected] dt 21 Nov 2017. Pay amount 1699.00. after payment not received any product and than call to care number and sent to so many complaint on this site, but no response from this side and no any reply in my mail or phone number. Many call to company but call not received or not reply if the received call than cut or not a saticefie reply. I want to my money refund . So plz help me I

I am purchasing dish tv online he told good offer free shoes and 2000 rupees vochers, he fits dish hd box but 20 days completed no mail he is telling receving your mail address nothing no mail receving my vsc No. [protected]
