I have taken connection from 11th date of March and I still didn't got my connection and their is no reply from TATA SKY what should I do please solve my problem afterwards I have to go to consumer court

I have booked the installation of Dish TV HD but after payment no one is responding to my calls. I also tried to contact their customer complaint no. but no one is responding. Please help me get refund of Rs 1999 which I paid to them today morning itself. Customer reference was CDT[protected]. My Payment id was[protected]
