I booked my connection for dth on 15th nov, 18. Due to some reason i had cancelled the order cdt[protected]. On phone and i received the confirmation through sms that your order is cancelled. I was told that in 7 working days i will receive my refund. But no refund received. I complaints no of times on their site but no body ever contacted me. I registered a new request for new connection. I was told that with in three days i will receive the refund, but not got. Today i have been trying to call the for the last an hour, the call is picked up after a long wait. My no is asked to check the status and the disconnect the call. This is happening again and again. It seems the co. Is not willing to refund.
