Competent Automobiles — Bad experience with body shop - Competent Automobiles Maruti Delhi

Hi, Model - Swift Dzire vxi I purchased Swift Dzire from Competent Gazipur Showroom and got serviced from here only. Recently I dropped my car at Gazipur body shop for some repairs under insurance claim (ICICI Lombard). Date of drop - 15-Feb-2015 Parts for repair - Front Windshield, Rear bumper, right fender (Dent). Car was kept there for 6 days (including sunday). Surveyor did survey on Monday evening at around 5 PM. It was delivered to me on Friday evening (20-Feb-2015 6PM) After this here are my observations - 1- line Scratch on body just above windshield. This could be while removing old windshield sealant. (Not fixed till delivery) 2- little cut on dashboard. - This could also be while placing/removing windshield. (Not fixed till delivery) 3- Left side rear tail light - broken and sticked with fevi quick/elfi. First I thought that it was broken during repair but later I realized that it has got changed with someone other's light. I remember that my old light was having a line scratch but was not as broken as this one. This is the thing which enforced me to write to you. Point no 1 & 2 are not that important to me as they can be corrected by touchup but point no 3 is something due to which I am feeling depressed with the job. Please help me. Anubhav Ranjan [protected]
