When My mom has admitted in hospital, we had applied for cashless claim and they took more than 4 days to send response and in mean time my mom got discharge from hospital. Then I sent all the documents through courier on Dt.[protected] for reimbursement for same illness and 2 days back they sent a query saying that cashless claim NOT UTILIZED document is needed. Facts of the Case:
I am the policyholder of ICICI Lombard Motor Insurance. On 6/11/2025, my insured vehicle (Revolt bike) met with an accident involving an auto, resulting in damage to the right side and brake failure.

The vehicle was taken to Revolt Hub, Palwal, where the claim process was initiated.

My home insurance claim (MSC[protected] under Policy No. 4119/CHP/[protected]/00 was rejected by ICICI Lombard on false grounds despite being fully covered under the policy (flood, heavy rain, water ingress).

ICICI Lombard sent a field agent to inspect my vehicle accident claim, and the experience was absolutely terrible.

The agent tried to force open my phone, claiming “your phone will tell everything, ” without any legal authority or consent.
