I had applied for the 1 year (12 issues) subscription for csr english magzine on 17.05.2019 and i have received mail by in which it was mentioned that payment of rs. 641.00 has been confirmed with order no 30566. After that on 20.05.2019 i received a text mesaage in which subscription no was mentioned as s300/101074. But till now i have not received any csr monthly issue from your side. I hadmailed may times to customer service but not received a single reply from their end which is very disappointing. Kindly look into the issue and if it is not possible to provide me magzine please refund my amount. Hope i will not have to complain about this in future. Was this information helpful? |
