I ordered a CSR book 3 months back and haven't received the product yet. and there is no track of my order in my profile of competition success review. even this month I ordered again and all I received was just a mail of product order confirmation with no details of product tracking.

I have subscribed for Engineering Competition Review for two Years[protected]
and paid for the same on 24 Nov 2021 and got confirmation mail too.But haven't received even copy of the issue as yet.I have mailed a number of times but there is no response from the publisher. I feel cheated by them.

I had applied for the 1 year (12 issues) subscription for csr english magzine on 17.05.2019 and i have received mail by in which it was mentioned that payment of rs. 641.00 has been confirmed with order no 30566. After that on 20.05.2019 i received a text mesaage in which subscription no was mentioned as s300/101074. But till now i have not received any csr monthly issue from your side. I hadmailed may times to customer service but not received a single reply from their end which is very disappointing. Kindly look into the issue and if it is not possible to provide me magzine please refund my amount. Hope i will not have to complain about this in future.

I had subscribed for csr & gkt for subscription from dec 2018 to nov 2019 i. E. For 1 year.

I have ordered gk today magazine for 2 years on july 30, 2018, order id is-24795.
I haven't received a single magazine yet. I received the email receipt for the online payment made by me which i am attaching herewith. While browsing later i found many more similar complaints listed her.

I have mailed the official site many time no response, even i have contacted their customer service no, 2 times they have received my call, and assured for resolve the problem, but after that theyare not receiving my call and no more response.

Sir, I placed an order for CSR 2 year subscription in the month of June 2018.Till date I have received only 1 copy.I made payment in online mode.But I am not receiving the other copies.My order no is 23623 .I tried to contact your customer care but the numbers provided are invalid.So I request you please look into this matter and also the customer care where people with similar complaints can reach to you. I had ordered online for CSR (English) 2 years (24 issues) subscription of on the website of the reputed monthly magazine "Competition Success Review" https://www.competitionreview.in/shop/ on 7/11/2017, MRN-18632, EBS payment id[protected], Amount- Rs.1057.72 via Visa Debit Card.

And yet, it seems this problem continues. Is there any hope from this forum ?
I hope for an immediate REFUND of the total amount.

During my telephonic conversation they told me that according to their records the books have been sent, but, since I have opted for delivery of books through ordinary post, it can't be tracked. They asked me to pay additional amount and change my option to registered post. But, what is the guarantee that they send books. And when there are multiple complaints in this matter why have they not taken action to investigate their error. Maybe someone from their office take out the ordered books for ordinary post and sell them to some book outlet to earn a profit for himself. How does the office track the authenticity of the person appointed to conduct ordinary post of the orders. Why do they have the option of ordinary post on their website when there have been multiple complaints regarding non-receipt of order.
I think whatever might be the discrepancy, the company should be held responsible based on the repetitive nature and multiple complaints. I have lost faith in the working of online ordering of books at Competition Success review whatever be the mode of postal delivery since the company is behaving irresponsibly as can be seen from the history of multiple complaints of consumers. I want a REFUND of my total payment immediately.

I enrolled for the one year subscription and out of the 7 copies I was supposed to receive by now (August-February), I have received only September, October and January. I paid for it by card online on www.competitionreview.in and the money got deducted. Kindly look into the matter. This kind of poor service is unacceptable by a reputed company such as Competition Success Review.

We had applied for CSR under friends option on 12.09.16 along with a DD for Rs.900/-.

We had received the October copy in the same month. But we had not received the 2nd issue itself, i.e., November issue.

We had already contacted the CSR office in telephone no.[protected] and talked to the customer service people and also Mr. Chandan, In-charge on 14.11.16, 21.11.16 and also today. But we have not received the November issue and also your staff are not replying properly.

Kindly look in to the matter and try to send us the November issue and also the further issues regularly, so that we may not face any hardships in future.

I had subscribed for csr on may 2016 for one year plan and mine subscription no. Is s404/78868. They said that the copy would be sent it to me on 20th of every month, regardless to that they never sent me any of the subscription on time. Every time i have to call them and ask them for mine copy and argue for not sending it on time on consistant basis. Each and every time when i call[protected] their is girl name "deep" who never respond it it to me and sugest to call me afterwards and someone named chandan would be taking my query in the future. Even though i am the residing in delhi they are not been able to send it to me on regular basis.

I have purchased CSR monthly for 1 year subscription magazine in the month of August .
Till now I have not received single mazine.
Seems to fraud people are managing this website.

I did not receive the issue in the month of January 2013, After 4 long days of try finally i got service people of CSR on 31/Jan/2013 through phone. When asked why i did not receive the issue they stated silly reason like my pincode was not updated in their record, Though i have provided my contact number there was no call from them to confirm my pincode earlier. Ok i accept there may be some technical problem so my pincode was not updated, later they said my details are updated and i will get my issues starting Febrauary 2013. I did not receive it till 05/Feb/2013, when i called them again they stated that they have dispatched it on 04/Feb/2013 so asked me to wait for 5 more days. Today its 9th day i am yet to receive my issue and when i called them again today they state that the issue was dispatched on 05/Feb/2013 through normal post and it will take 10-15 days to reach me and when i asked why did they provide me a false information the person had no answer and i am not sure whether this is going to continue for the rest one year.They are not even sending the issue through a courier. We the customers pay Money only to get the issue soon and not to miss a single issue, when the issue is available in market by 3rd of every month why should consumers wait till 15th of every month to receive the same. I lost hope in the CSR Subscription, i am not interested in continuing this subscription. Please refund my money back, else i will move to the consumer court and take legal proceedings against your company
