Order number -ProRelaxa2518, i have order this product online and today i received damaged item when i call them back which they gave as consumer complaint number in their page Alok Verma, Mobile number[protected] and they are not picking the number. But the number will be redirecting to personal number whosee name showing as Rahul kumar in true caller and mobile number is[protected] mobile and he is the scammer and he mentioned that they will refund my money and he asked to download some apps from playstore then i clearly understood that he is the scammer when i denied to download and i told him that he is a scammer and then he had cut the call, but he again called me back from the same number multiple times and started abusing me in very dirty language and i told him I will file a case under disha law as he is harassing call then he has cut the call and stopped calling me .this website and company is not only fraud they do scam the people, online scammers, please save the people and please help me to get my money refund, i Paid 2999/- i think bluedart also involved in this they are the courrier partners for this company and they are also behaving very suspicious
