Purchased a ews foot massager through sopcraft for Rs. 2100/= received on February 28, 2025.
It is not working.
Please arrange return of product and refund of money.
It was mentioned that is 30 day free return policy...

I bought one neck breez air cooler online for rs.2999.00 which was delivered to me by shiprocket. After fully recharging the product, i found that it is defective and not working. I request to initiate action to get the amount of rs. 2999.00 is refunded to me.

Received a product ordered through complacenciaa one day ago, MosquitoKiller6399, mosquito zapper lamp for a price of Rs 2999, not at all satisfied with the product, without a price tag on the original Chinese product box and its not working properly, really bitter experience. I want refund....

immediately after reciving the above product, I tried to use it. The product features mentioned in leaflet and advertisement were absent.

I have ordered Neuro Machine SKU1 - 8709 vide invoice no. Retail289678 on 01.03.2024. The product was received on 08.03.2024.
The product which was received is of cheap quality. The amount was paid at the time of delivery Rs. 3899.00 i.e., COD.
I wanted to return the product and needs the refund of amount paid by me i.e., Rs 3899.00.

This company Complacenciaa is a fraud company. No proper customer care. The number showing up on the website - ‪[protected]‬, also 8l[protected]‬, never ever dial any number like this *‪401‬‪*[protected]‬. As your number calls will be forwarded to a different number through which these so called customer care executives are hacking your accounts and taking all the amount from your bank account. I lost today 120000/-. Along with 120000/- please refund my 3200/- for the product.Please be aware of this website. Donot purchase anything from this website.

The Item, Mosquito Zapper device delivered was in a damaged soft cardboard box. The device has been received faulty and non functional.
It is dissappointing to highlight that Rs 2999 was spent to buy the device as per the advertisement, and i feel I have been cheated.
Since a big amount has been paid, kindly have the device replaced with a functional one or the amount spent be refunded.

Based on details on utube. We ordered the above item on line. Through COD. We paid Rs 2999/= by cash.
It is distressing to note that there was neither an invoice, nor user manual on this product .
Obsolutely ruthless &: useless product.
Kindly arrange to collect back the product by returning the cash paid. While collecting it.

I received the product on 19 june 2023, I placed an order for a mirror based on your advertisement, which stated a "buy 1 get 3 mirror" offer. However, upon receiving the package, I was deeply disappointed and dissatisfied with the product and the overall experience.

Firstly, the package arrived in a severely damaged condition. Secondly, upon opening the package, I discovered that I received only one mirror instead of the advertised four mirrors. This discrepancy is a clear violation of the offer presented in your advertisement.

The courier of product prucahsed was dleivered to me on 23.06.2023. but on opening i foud only 01 no. Neck Breeze Air Cooler isntead of 02 ordered.

I am order slim vest buy 1 get 1 free and after receiving product I get only 1 another 1 is missing and email id and customer care email I'd and web site address all are fake I written email which is bounce back this company is cheater

I had ordered slimming vest for Men from Complacenciaa, of offer buy 1 get 1 free of white color at Rs 999/ however the company couriered me with only 1 slim vest & of incorrect color i.e. black color.
I need 2 slim vest with white color or entire refund of my amount i.e. Rs 999/ else i would think of lodging complaint in consumer court sooner.

I ordered online Complacenciaa product Neck Breeze 3671 Essentials on 11 June 2023, as cash on delivery costing Rs2999/-. It was shipped to me via Super Deals building no 67, Lane no 3 Shastri Park, Chander Nagar, Delhi, 110051. Email id of shipping company [protected]@onlineshopstores.co.in.

I received the mobile stand and firstly the quality was really cheap. then the company said i will get 1+1 free mobile stand which is again not delivered, I received only 1 mobile stand. the company's CUSTOMER CARE number is invalid and not in existence. the company said that the product was made up of aluminum however the real product is just cheap plastic and the stand is not even working and when I put my phone on it, the stand trips. But the number will be redirecting to personal number whosee name showing as Rahul kumar in true caller and mobile number is[protected] mobile and he is the scammer and he mentioned that they will refund my money and he asked to download some apps from playstore then i clearly understood that he is the scammer when i denied to download and i told him that he is a scammer and then he had cut the call, but he again called me back from the same number multiple times and started abusing me in very dirty language and i told him I will file a case under disha law as he is harassing call then he has cut the call and stopped calling me .this website and company is not only fraud they do scam the people, online scammers, please save the people and please help me to get my money refund, i Paid 2999/- i think bluedart also involved in this they are the courrier partners for this company and they are also behaving very suspicious

I ordered phone stand on 22th May. I received the order on 24th May, the quality shown and delivered is very different I mean delivered product is having different colour, material and bad quality . I don't know why they charged 999Rs and also there seems no page to contact seller for refund of prodect. While I am browsing I see this advertisement, pls Stop these kind of advertising.
