Complaint Against Aditya Birla Health Insurance — Provide the Renewal copy of my Health Policy

My Health Policy No. GHI-BF-19-IN4812014 was expired on 11th April 2021 and I paid the renewal policy amount @Rs.10028/- to Bajaj Finserv after discussion with your customer care officer.
But I am very sorry to say after my daily basis requesting to your customer officer as well as in writing to your official mail id, , till date I have NOT RECEIVED MY policy copy.

I provided all the documentary evidences for payment also to you through mail but every time I am receiving with in 48 hours, with 3 days, within 7 days from day one... your matter will be resolved.
What is this? It's a way of working... Completely negligence from ADITYA BIRLA HEALTH INSURANCE side.
It's your responsibility to provide the policy copy to the customer when customer already paid the premium in time.
I wrote lots of mail to you but nobody bothered and simply computer generated reply... 48 hours.. 3 days... 7 days... we will resolve.
I request you plz. provide the my renewal policy immediately.
