Subject: Complaint Regarding Severe Battery Drain and Poor Performance in Motorola Phone
I purchased a Motorola smartphone around one month ago. Within just 40 charging cycles, the maximum battery capacity has already dropped to 94%, which is extremely disappointing for a newly purchased device.
The battery backup is very poor and the battery drains unusually fast even during normal usage. Along with this, the phone feels laggy and the UI does not seem properly optimized. The overall performance is not smooth and the experience has become frustrating despite the device being almost new.
I expected much better quality and reliability from Motorola. A new phone should not face such serious battery and performance issues within only one month o[censored]se.
I request Motorola to properly investigate this issue and provide a suitable solution such as battery inspection, replacement, software optimization, repair, or replacement of the device if required.
