these looters should be punished severely under the law,
i don't know how to put them in front of law,

I Also recived the similar message from 02 telecommunications on 20 march 2009 n they demanded Rs 48000 as transcation cost from me. These is all fraud company. I think some Very Strict Action must be taken by the goverment here against them, official help from uk wil prove more fruitful. I dont knw why world keep quite when frauds like 02tellecommunications act so freely, I think all crime investigations like FBI, SCOTLAND YARD, INTERPOL should nab them, punish them and provide justice to thousands of people.

I also recived an sms informing that I have won and have to send a return e-mail to the company to claim my prize. I strongly believe that there is a big fraud going around! Be careful.

Got their letter this morning.Obviously a fraud, a scam, but Googled them to make sure.

The best way to defeat these fraudsters is for all recipients to fill in everything they ask for but of course with false but seemingly genuine information. This will give them so much trouble going along the path of false leads that they will be bogged down and give up!
