[Resolved]  1.5 Ton Window Ac — leakage

I already purchase an Electrolux 1.5 t window ac last year. Now my ac under warranty period. the condition of my ac is very bad, lst april'13 leakage found at pipe and rectify by service centre , after that same prob happen last two /three days ago. my call no . is EKOL[protected],

I wanna replacement with new one because i am not satisfied with the old.
my call no for replacement is EKOL[protected].
i am consult with service centre for replacement they denied and say it is not possible.
what can I do please tell me.
engg. came from service centre dated on 04.06.2013 but still now no recovery the present situation. it is my punishment for purchase of electrolux ac ?????? pl. tell me.

1.5 Ton Window Ac — AC face cover locks were broken by your Service Engineer while doing servicing.

Dear Sir/Madam

I had a Window AC of 1.5 ton(Model NO : AWT18QBH).I bought this AC two years back.I got my AC serviced on 26/4/2008.The problem was of gas leakage.Seeing gravity of problem Service Engineers took AC to their sales and services centre (Sapphire Sales & Services Pvt Ltd, Wazirpur, New Delhi).The problem has been corrected of but while taking out the main body, engineers broke most of the cabinet locks.No body in our house noticed this during that time.After that the AC was repaired and was fixed loosly without proper fitting no one informed us at your end about the locks being broken, only after 15 days, I noticed that cabinet was loose and dropping down when I checked externally i found that lockes were broken and with it its falling down.I again complained to your customer care, your engineers visited and checked the problem and started bleming us about the broken locks and left with informing us.We tried to explain them that we are not engineers and we don'nt know nitty gritty about the AC.Also attitude of your Engineers were not favourable instead of redresal of problem they are blaming us.Finding no other option I have tied the upper canbinet with a thread to avoid falling down.Also for last few days a terrific sound is coming out from AC as soon as the compressor start.Since then no body turned in to resolve the problem.Before this servicing the AC was running fine and in perfect shape.Only after this servicing that we have been catered to such a problem.
After spending around Rs.18000/- bucks now I am realising that I have bought a wrong AC.I have lost faith in Sumsung products and the kind of engineer you recruit
Appreciate if you look into this matter urgently and redress the problem.Expecting a positive response from your end.

A.C. — Complaint of Window A.C.

Complaint was lodged on 15.7.2010 vide Compliant No. 308284. A very long period of 11 days have been passed away, but nothing has been done in this matter inspite of repeated reminders. Please, do the needful, otherwise I will have left with on other alternative but to approach some appropriate court of law for justice.
