I have an Electrolux single door refrigerator that I have been using, on 2Jun2022 I contacted Electrolux customer care ([protected]) as my refrigerator was not working. They assigned a technician who was accompanied by an unauthorised fellow technician. They told me 2 Relays had been damaged and that it would cost Rs.4000/- to replace them. Considering the fact that they were from Electrolux I agreed, after replacing it they told me the gas was less and to top up it will cost Rs.1200/-. I ended up paying Rs.5200/- and they did not even give me an invoice despite daily follow ups. I tried calling their customer service number they completely washed off their hands. On 2Sep2022 my refrigerator is again down and now Electrolux says that previously their customer service was handled by third party and so they will not take any responsibility! I wrote to their CEO and VP, but to no avail! If you buy this brand's product you can forget about customer service. It was a sheer scam in my case!

Further to my above-mentioned note regarding the non-withdrawal of my PF accrual. I had worked with M/S Electrolux Kelvinator Limited from[protected] to[protected] in the position of Senior Manager Purchase at Shahjhanpur unit Dist Alwar Rajasthan. I Have so far not withdrawn my PF and I have missed my PF account number. Please help in facilitating the withdrawal of my PF deposit.
