Electrolux refrigerator

We purchased refrigerator Electrolux FF 425L EBE4502C-S RINSTL 1S on 17/02/2025 from Croma store in Noida branch in DLF Mall of India.
The prime function of the fridge is to keep fruits and veggies fresh ., but we noticed that our veggies and fruits are not staying fresh after few days of purchase only.

we complained and Promptly a technician visited and after examining instructed us how to achieve better results....

Regarding our mental trauma purchasing Electrolux washing machine

Ever since we bought the Electrolux washing machine (W/D FL 9/6KG) on 01/06/2023, our ordeal started. Right from day one, the washing machine was working abnormally. We were getting frequent errors and the clothes were never washed properly. The machine use to display a lot of errors and the dry function never worked.

We raised numerous service tickets and they were automatically closed.

ELECTROLUX 453L Frost Free Inverter Double Door Refrigerator

Bought this product on 06th September 2023 and within 4 weeks both doors started rusting. Mind you the pics attached are not of stain but actual rust. Raised a complaint on 24th October 2023 and still I have not received a resolution/solution for it.

Every time I call they give some excuses and assure me of call back within 24 hours but till today I haven't received any call or mail. Their on-floor supervisor doesn't even care...

          Further to my above-mentioned note regarding the non-withdrawal of my PF accrual.                     I have purchased the Invertor AC of Electrolux three and half years ago. Now I am facing cooling issue. So tried to call on the customer service number provided on the user manual. But the person on the other side told that company is closed and this number is purchased by some dealer. They agree to send technician on paid basis.

                    But how can company close their operation without providing some alternate arrangements for the after sales services for products they sold and which are under warranty.

                      The Microwave has stopped functioning again.
                      When power is switched on, the glass plate starts rotating slowly even before a programme is selected.
