[Resolved] Yamaha Motor India — vehicle servicing
I have been doing my yamaha r15 vehicle servicing at pearl yamaha, gachibowli since last 6 months. However since my last servicing i am not at all satisfied. On oct 26th 2018 i gave my bike for general servicing and asked them to check why am i getting red light (Which is due to engine heating) whenever i am riding during heavy traffic? They neglected the issue and delivered without fixing it. I was on a impression that they have fixed the issue until last week when i had encountered the issue. On 18th of dec 2018, when i went to them for general servicing again and asked them to apply teflon coating, check the issue with red light again. They are such inexperienced technicians that they took two days to identify that radiator fan is not working. Since i will be travelling out of station, i had to collect the vehicle yesterday. After collecting the vehicle while riding i realized that rear brake is not at all working. Somehow i have managed to come home. Question is who is responsible for such negligence? Who will come forward when there will be an accident or loss of life? Was this information helpful?
