Last week I was driving my bike and bike stopped suddenly. I had repaired my bike from the service center of Mayapuri The mechanic said that your bike engine has been sealed we need 2 days time to repair. but after 2 days, he told me something ( engine me tube hoti hai woo fatt gyi thi ) When I told the manager that there were some strange sounds in my bike after last service, it was to say that you drive bike fast, because of which all this happen Now your manager will tell us how to drive our bike And one more thing ...
I bought this bike from zoom roadys palam
So far I have not...

This is Dinesh from Bangalore. I visited Shanti Yamaha, Pallikaranai on 20/04/2019 for Fazer 250 test drive. This was my 20 th showroom I have visited for asking Fazer 250 test drive. And I was not offered test drive. The owners behaviour and response was very lethargic and told Yamaha have not given the permission to provide test ride for customers.. I have planned not buy any Yamaha vehicle in my life time. Being a die hard Yamaha fan for a decade I have never expected such kind of rude treatment for the customers....

My bike yamaha fz25 2018 june model 3 free service done waiting 4th service (Paid) my all service am telling to service advisor my bikes headlights more ratling while more irritating night driving.. Only 3 led normally no brightness that is big mistake from yamaha.. That not problem.. I can't ride night.. Headache now.. I am daily 30km night driving..in gutter roads healight inside more shake.. Please correct my complaint.. I am compare to other same models they have no problem.. My service location peringat motors yamaha aluva.....

I met with an accident last February unfortunately and i had to let my bike in a nearby yamaha service centre and showroom Dasarhalli Bangalore. They where behaving very badly to customers. They added amount in billing for many parts which they did not even had to change and they where not even changed. When we found out that they made us pay more and took more time more than a month and a half to repair my bike. The main complaint is even though they delivered my bike late which cause me loss of pay in my job as i had to visit them directly for multiple times they added a bill of 26975 in which...

Hi team,

I had purchased Yamaha Alpha during September 2018. At the time of purchase I had faced serious problems with HDFC financer and was forced to opt out of financing option and proceeded with the full cash payment for purchase. I would like to bring to your attention that when I opted out of financing and chose cash payment, I expected my insurance to be devoid of any hypothecation in favour of HDFC. But the branch which sold the bike did not apply for hypothecation removal back then and I was kind enough to give them a reasonable time for removing the hypothecation.

Sorry to inform you that. Today i service my yamaha r15 at liberty yamaha service centre in kattappana and i am totally. Unsatisfied with their total service.
They don't know how to behave in customer, in every where they serve customers but here we need to beg them for their services, especially the service advisors cannot ready to attend the vechicle. They simply wasting the time. I went 2 times for the same complaint but they. Don't repair properly plz consider this and take an action...

I purchased yamaha r15 v3 dark knight color just yesterday ie. 02/04/2019. The odometer is cracking by self from inner side more and more as time passes today. Not a single scratch from outside on the screen, it is cracking from inside without any touching. My guess is it could be because of hot weather or i don't know why is it happening on its own. Yamaha — not replacing manufacturing defective guitar

Hello, i bought acoustic guitar yamaha f310 from a local dealer, later a found a manufacturing defect in the guitar. I complained about the issue to dealer within warranty period and he told me that it will be replaced. Dealer also told me that he has replaced the three guitars last year of this model (Yamaha f310) with the same issue that i have. I was regularly contacting to the dealer about the guitar replacement, now it has been ~45 days and dealer said that "you should call at company contact and ask abount the case, i didn't get satisfactory reply from the dealer then i discussed the issue...

The quality at your third party service centres is below average. Its an open truth for sure. Not just yamaha, many other competitors of yamaha as well.

First hospitality should be improved.

2nd an automobile engineer should examine the bike at the receiving. He is the only to understand the bike based on customer's report.

3rd. Technicians should not crave for tips at the delivery. We're already paying enough. Its inconvenient to reject.

4. Service quality should be audited by yamaha.

5. Bikes are delivered just after water...

I need a bike in my everyday work, i need it badly and it was also shared with the owner. But till date i didn't get my registration number. I've enquired for a new scooter from holyland yamaha, they give me all informations regarding my enquiry. They said that i need to pay 20% of the amount of scooter so that they can apply for loan and as soon as the load is passed they will handover the scooter. I paid on 18/3/19 and my loan passed on 23/3/19. When i call the showroom different people are attending the phone they are not serious about me, and cheating me by saying that, i will get scooter on tomorrow, tomorrow, and so on...
Very disappointed for such a bad experience from yamaha...

It is to bring to your notice that i am not able to buy original cylinder kit for yamaha rxg. Yamaha has stopped its production when there are vehicles in the market and users are forced to buy duplicate product. Using a duplicate cylinder kit has it's affect on the power & performance of the bike. Even the mileage has been reduced from 50 to 37 in spite of doing various services....

I have given my yamaha fz v2 bike to this sai ram motors, padi branch, chennai for paid service. I just want to give for general service and oil change only. But one of the service person added that the handle bar alloyment needs to be changed that there is some difference in that handle bar. I don't find any difference and even i don't met with any accident before. But still they have convinced me to do that. They have taken three days to do that and when i got my bike back i was shocked that the general service itself was not done properly. No water wash nothing. They said water pump was not working...

I have been using yamaha fz s v2.0 since four years. I am facing chain noise problem. I changed chain and sprocket but still the problem pursues. I cleaned the chain and even lubed it. But no improvement. I want a solution for this. Yamaha people will say its chain sprocket problem. But i haven't driven the bike more than 2000km after chain and sprocket change. I heard this complaint from many fz s v2.0 owners. Please provide a permanent solution?...

I have fz25, it's head light is very poor, brightness is low n focus, not effective low beam n high beam, it is critical when night driving off road n highways. That is not my personal problem, in my friend circle there is 3 fz25 same problem of headlight in night.. Other wise u will check on *youtube* search fz25 headlight approx 80% customers have same headlight problem occurred..
N fz25 headlight led is not replaceable
U provide 250cc then u should improvement in leds use high watt or or fz25 led is not replaceable in high watt leds, then what should we do......

I purchased fascino xc115c from m/s divine motors, amritsar on 19.10.2017. Engine no. E3y4e0091070, chasis no. Meised199h0060641. Till date it has run 1800 kms only. I did last service on 09.03.2019 and in previous to this service, there was a self start problem occuring. I told service centre about the same and they informed that battery has got down and they charged the battery that time but again after few days, same problem persist.in last service i told about the same, they said they have rectified it but from very next day, it started again.

I bought my r15 v3 on september 20 2018, in so less time my bike's chassis inside, weld joints, discs n everything are rusted already. I look care of my bike very carefully so it's clearly isn't my fault. Im very disappointed with the manufactured with
Quality. I found this issue when i removed the body fairings for cleaning and found the metal parts being highly rusted. Complained yamaha on this issue before, they didn't come up with an solution. This is not a small issue, rusted majorly on the chassis weld is highly dangerous for the bike's mechanical strength. Resolve my issue soon yamaha....
