I am writing this mail with highly disappointed in your service.This is my first Yamaha bike and I am bike lover with more than 2 super bike in my garage so during the initial launch of Yamaha r15 bike in the month of February I had booked the bike with a dealer in Kochi.

My booking date was in 10th March 2018 and till now there is no information about my deliver of bike.

Also each time I call up the dealer they says due to lack of bike received from Yamaha company from Surajpur they are unable to deliver my bike.

Now when I called them up again they...

Today I gave my bike for paid servicing at Kings Yamaha, baner road, Pune at around 11am morning. Concerned Servicing person checked the bike and estimated the amount as it was paid servicing. Then he gave a receipt with "Promise delivery day at time: 5 pm. I gave my bike and went back to work.
Now problem started.
From 4:30 pm onwards I tried calling Kings Yamaha service center, baner road from the number serached on Google ( as there was no contact details given on receipt!!!) All the contacted persons refer different...

Yamaha Motor India — battery problem in the bike

We bought yamaha alpha in shanthi motors on 08.03.18. After 4 days from this date self start didn't work. Then we went for service after 1 month. They said that the battery was not getting charged. We asked for the reason but they r not ready to explain. Instead of that the head of that place spoked in irrespective manner. I placed a complain but till now no response. So far we didn't get that battery. Now in showroom they r saying that the battery is out of stock. They r asking us to buy outside if urgent. Now indicator also not working. Worst experience with yamaha dealers. Waste of money....

On 21.04.2018 at about 6pm i have go to your service provider name sapthagiri motors, pendurthi, visakhapatnam. With small problem of my yamaha fassino he was not respond properly. With out checking of my bike he told come day after tomorrow. Then i said no sir it's maybe very small problem please check it first. He told i don't want any checking today. I asked why. He told forcefully i don't want give any explanation for you get out from here. Then i come back....

I visit yamaha agency with intention to buy yamaha yzf - r15 version 3 model. But dealer misguide and lie to me that version 3 model will not be launch at india for next 2 years. And console me if version 3 model launch same year of my purchasing version 2 model he will exchange with version 3 without no cost.. When i bought version 2 model and after one week having issue in fuel tank not indicate about fuel capacity.. I visit workshop and fixed problem but after repair same issue occurred in next few days... I feel totally sophisticated with vehicle and seems victim of hoodwink and defraud... I...

Yamaha Motor India — poor service at showroom

Hi.. A few months ago i bought a yamaha fasino model from one of your authorised dealer linga motors at palanganatham, madurai (Tamil nadu).

Staff at show room was very rude and they are not responding properly. Very poor customer service. Iā€™m very unsatisfied with the service.

Moreover i bought my bike at that mela only on 25.02.18. Many offers were announced at that mela.

But i have not received the announced offers yet.

I hope you would look into the matter, and make sure such an incident is not repeated. Your company has been known...

I have serviced at the coimbatore motors, kmch and it is one of the worst service centre apart from the safety motors, erode. Wow it seems that the japanese company service centre is probably the worst when compared to bajaj or tvs.
I had to go 3 times after servicing immediately within a week for some problems like front break was not working after one week!!!, pass light was not working!!! And the funny part is back break is literally not working after one week!! What a horrible situation i had to face after week tone of servicing here. Don't they check all the components properly. I have taken loan for yamaha bike from bussan auto finance india pvt. Ltd.
My loaned bike no is uk08ad9210 and i have paid my loan and not receive noc for the same, i sold my bike & put my bike papers at rto to transfer on second party, rto require noc for transfer. I called to baf thane office they told me to send. I requested them to send it as soon as possible but i did not received it before i went to abroad.
I request you to please help me out this matter as am in abroad, and i have sold my bike it is still pending for transfer. Please help me.

I brought new fz fi 2.0, it looks like used one while delivering, i thought it is showroom displayed bike, more scratches and looks very old and also they don't tell the manufacturing year correctly, after asking about big scratch in the petrol tank they immediately change the tank side part so i don't know whether that part is original or not, i'm buying a new bike they have to give the bike as such company providing, how the seller can change the parts before delivery?...

Hi team,

On april 14th 2018, walters yamaha (Ayanavaram, chennai, tamilnadu) delivered me a brand new r15 version 3.0. I rode the bike, its really fantastic experience for me.

I started to learn user manual book about console screen and
When i try to make reset the trip a but unfortunately reset button not worked. From that day i am following up my showroom service advisor but still my problem is not rectified.

That is my first new bike, now i am totally disappointed about your service.

Please take necessary action asap.

I have purchased yamaha fz25 on 09-sep-2017 in geejay yamaha at pattukkottai. But unfortunately my bike headlight not working from 10-march ā€” 2018 still not completing 1 year. I can't able to drive the bike without headlight in night time. I directly went to dealership to rectify this problem but they have told to change new headlight by own cost. Yamaha Motor India — I faced lot problems in powertrain,

When I was procure the bike I faced the major two issues
Problem - 1 . in low idle condition Engine hunting is more I observed this issue from starting itself and I complained every service period, with dealer executives they told run the bike around 10k kms it's automatically getting resolved but I told clearly it's having problems in Engine but they should not consider my words. Finally I fighten them and rectify the issue and resolve with warranty parts (the nature off problem is internal driving gear free play is more then yours Yamaha standards)

Worst guys ever, can say these guys are cheaters, my vehicle is not even a year old, immediately after my third service i had more problems in my bike than before, hope they would have changed parts to other vehicles. When i visted them back to report about my problem and their response is too worse & doesn't care to listen what i say. Wouldn't recommend public not to give service here....
