I am so furious on writing this complaint and hoping from you guys to take immediate action against this Yamaha service center in Mahipalpur. What happened is I purchased my bike on 11th feb and got the first service done in March and at that time I have not drove my bike for even 1000kms and they said at first service that caliper needs to be repaired i said okay and they took me 1500rs for that I have bill receipt as well.Today I went for the 2nd service and they are saying clutch plate is damaged???when actually it is not..and owner Gaurav jain here is saying insurance claim karwa denge jugaad se to apka kaam saste me hojaega..I denied to do anything as I do not think clutch needs to be repaired in just.5 months after purchasing my bike.Then his mechanic came to me and said bhaiyya mai jugad se 1200 me krwa dnga I said I don't have that even then he said 200 dedena his name is ikram. Then I realised and you can also think that was my clutch plate actually damaged??
I need a refund from both the services charge and please take it to next level else I need to go further on this.Looking for a strict action against this so that it should not happen with any other customer. I will never visit to the same showroom again.

Visited Kings Yahama showroom Baner, Pune for my bike servicing but due to excess bikes already in the queue I was going asked to come next day at 9 am (working day Monday). Waiting here since 1 hour but showroom is still closed. Zero punctuality, No sense of responsibility.
