From june 25th 2019 onwards bsnl landline and broadband dead for more than 30 days. Complaint filled in customer care more than five times and the docket number:[protected] for your reference, after on august 2nd 2019 problem was solved by bsnl labours. In our area bsnl company not provide full tower. Network connection is slow.

A wrong bill has been generated for my tele no[protected] on 06 Aug 2019.
I am billed excess for the package which am not subscribed to.
Kindly look into it and do the needful to send me correct bill.
