Dear Sir, I have placed an ORDER of PINK TEDDY BEAR for my daughter's newly born baby on 07/08/2011 from best-buy,com. The amount of Rs399/- was debited to my HDFC CREDIT CARD ACCOUNT for Order No.#[protected] of same day and that was reflected in my Card Statement dated 19/082011. But to my surprised the same has not either on my address or on shipping address delivered till today.I request you to BLACK LIST such suppliers so that person like me should not be harassed. I have participate 3 times in 100bestbuy.com contest, i was not he winner but even after that my credit point is showing nill. Many times i call to customer care the operator said you are not calling at office hours or our engineers is busy with other customers. im not able to purchase anything from my credit point. i thing more, As i tried to login in my account every time my password changed automatically.
