100Bestbuy.com — FAULTY PRODUCT | |
I have brought a combo pack of mp3 player and moneybag from 100bestbuy.com and the mp3 machine is faulty and very very poor qulity.Their customercare feedback is worst.My order ref/no is 275238.worst experience ever.I have called them for first time to know the expected delivery of material but customercare executive has cut the line.They are not good in english too.Dont know will I get my exchange product back or not. But when i got my package after 16 days on 23rd Dec 2013, none of the 5 shirts was of Koutons and was of worst colour combinations ever imagined (not what was promised). Moreover, one of the shirt was not packed and some shirts were not of cotton.
Moreover, the customer service by the site was very bad. As the order was supposed to be delivered in 7-10 and i didn't received my package till 18th days, i wrote many emails during this time asking for shipping details, which were never replied. Once in around 25 calls made on there customer care was picked on 16th Dec 2013 and even that man was very rude and told that it is out of stock and when i asked him to refund he said he will send the order before 25th but to my surprise he sent rack material. Even Dispatch Date on my package is of 17th Dec 2013, which means to complete their order they did this. Moreover, when i called them after getting faulty shirts, the man named Sameer said he's not responsible and it's not their duty and said me to go to consumer court if i want to.
