100Bestbuy.com — IPOD | |
I placed online order for I POD from 100bestbuy.com, online ecommerce website advertising products and claiming that these rate are promotinal and the products are original from the companies. I received call from the company for the product ordered that i will be getting the original IPOD cable and ear phone. after that i received the confirmation call from the company that my ordered product has been dispatched to my address within 5-6 days and i need to pay Rs. 699 (Six Hundred Ninty Nine Only) on cash on delivery. On 28th November 2011 i received courier and after paying him cash of Rs. 699/- i opened packet in front of him and found only USB Cable in the packet but not the I POD and ear Phone. At first i think that i have been cheated by 100bestbuy. I called them few times but no one response me, it show then suddenly one of their executive received the call and i told him about my problem, then he told me to replace the product to our address. Then i did the same and within 8 days i got it . This time i got all the product. Its a good experience for me but main thing is i got my product. Thanks Was this information helpful? | |
