100Bestbuy.com — Recharge not done though money has been deducted | |||
Dear Sir, I have recharged a number [protected] for Rs.150 using the website www.100bestbuy.com on 22nd May. The reference no is 21640242. The recharge was not successful at that time due to some technical problems but the money was deducted. So I called up the customer care and told the problem.They then told me not to worry and the recharge will be done in next 24 hours. Till today I haven't received the recharge. I am feeling as if i have been cheated. Was this information helpful? | |||

Same problem happen to me, most of the offers are not valuable or just they giving good in the description but not actually happen, I also face same problem also contact to customer care mail but no response. For the I got 50 rupees recharge but balance 50 is not top up after 24 hrs, I have furnished my details here.
