[Resolved]  100Bestbuy.com — regarding wrong order

i ordered for Adidas Mens Sports Shoes (336121) size 8, not Adidas Mens Casual Shoes (L42992). This 100bestbuy people are making me go crazy over just one order. don't know what's the problem.even lesser known online stores provide way better services than theirs. though they are providing me with a higher value product instead of what i ordered, i don't need that. I have mailed them more that 30 times about the same, and even called their customer care for about more than 10 days, but no use. They take my complain send me the same bogus wrong order confirmation mail. So arrogant they are, that they don't even care my mails nor the bill I have to pay as their no. is not toll-free. Such a fraud site. Shame on them. After repeated mails to them saying about the problems regarding their order confirmation, still they are fooling around. I requested them to Cancel the order immediately.they don't have the product I ordered for and then they try and impose something on me which is not at all to my liking.they don't have what I ordered for,absolutely fine (though the product is still shown available at their site),why the hell are they substituting it with another? It is costlier than what I ordered alright, but I don't want it at all. REPLIES TO THIS MAIL ID WILL NOT BE RESPONDED. but they keep on sending me mails and telephonic conversations with them also confirm that they will send Adidas Mens Casual Shoes (L42992) , which is not at all what i had ordered. it was heights when they actually sent the wrong order which i did not accept and told the courier people to return it..I had told the bluedart courier operator here at tezpur not to bring the order to me and send it back as soon as it arrives. he called me up and said that my order has been sent back already to 100bestbuy. So what do i do now? You can trace it by the order no. yourself..on calling their customer care they confirmed that my original order would be replaced as soon as possible, probably within 2 days of their getting the returned package, ie. by 10th august,but its 1th september, and not even a single mail from them regarding order sent confirmation. also i would like to mention that my account details of 100bestbuy doesn't show any order history or status. it's been two months since i placed the order, ie. on 11th july.please help me.
