On 2nd Jan 2012 received two products that is I Pod and Watch where in I Pod was in bad condition and secondary both the products did not carry any warranty/guaranty card along with it due to which it signifies that the products does not belong to significant company.

have e-mailed at info@100bestbuy.com on 4th Jan 2012 but still there is not revert, so would requrie your assistance to get it replaced.
