This company religare jointly with 1touch solutions had sold there 7 days holiday worldwide product, in huge volumes at a price of Rs. 7000/- looking at the promises and the parent company Ranbaxy pharma group, many people have purchased the said holiday product blind foldedly, including me.. Now it looks like the company had vanished with crores of rupees collected with fraudulent intentions.. There web site pages are not opening from long time, plus there phones are not responding to any number of calls, leaving all investors behind, in lurch... So i think investors platform needs to be created, and complaint should be filed with consumer courts, and approach LEMON tv channel, they always address corporate frauds and expose them very well.... so all investors join hands... My mobile number is [protected] and membership id: [protected]. I did not got booking. They gave me boooking for lonavla just before my membersship expiry from sat to sat. Then on friday they callled up and said resort is full and cant give. So i told them my memebership will expire so they said no worries we will extend by 3 months but now no luck.. They are not replying to my emails and customer care number always comes busy.
This proves, the modus operandi of parent company, RANBAXY, instead of solving the problems of members they are silent, so tomorrow even RANBAXY will do the same..
Look at the history of stock market, many companies have vanished in thin air, with any where abouts, with multi crores invested by small, medium & retired investors, ...
Instead of taking actions on these companies, GOVT. & SEBI are silent spectators..
If GOVT or SEBI would have acted swiftly, they could have taken control of these vanished companies, sold there properties & distributed amoung all investors as per their share ratio..
This is the fate of INDIA...
