Sir,
I have downloaded an app of Religare Dynami for trading purpose in 2021 with (ID Number PB 5682) but for some reasons I had not done any kind of trade. in three years, but now when I have deposited the amount for trade, the Religare deduct my 865/-, without any intimation any without any concern. And now they are refusing to revert my amount. so please help me to solve this problem and help to taken back this amount.

    I have a policy no:60403136 in care health insurance, care software shows the warning message "Policy Expired" when I tried to book an appointment for my father but I renewed the policy a week ago but still i am getting notifications to pay the premium and customer care executives also telling me to pay the premium again.

      I am fed up with Merchant id. I git but not merchant id. I have gone through formalities of religare. But when the hell can I get merchant id to use AEPS?

            Messages i'm getting is in some else name called sadanand mahadev khot and i have never ever registwred on religare.

            So, please stop this harassment as i had enough now.

                I have a trading account with Religare Broking which was not active for 7 years plus. So I have been trying to close this account in many ways. They are stopping me to close this account by saying my signature is not correct, when digitally signed my name is not correct like that. I have been sending mails to and fro for last two month to [protected]@religareonline.com and they are playing around. I have made some phone calls to[protected]. All in vain. The account was registered in 2012. My Client code: RR3942, DP ID: IN301774, DP code: 17563661.

                I have paid all their due amount Rs. 1040 through google pay. Now on 18th Januvary they have sent me another bill for the month of Dec2021.

                Kindly help me to close this account from Religare Broking.

                      We bought the plan from Religare Health Insurance in Care Health Insurance, from the office of Dehradun of Raja-Road Branch the sale person was Amar Singh & Mandeep(the fraudster I have ever met in my life).
                      At the time of sale we purchased the individual person plan but and they said it will be for 5years no premium will be increased but at the time of 1st renewal cycle the premium increased by 8k+ which is huge for us.
                      We went to the office there were no paper found by them in which any such details were mentioned on visiting the office the same sale person said that 5yrs means the bracket of age from 56-60 yrs and 61-65 yrs, inspite of this cheating we agreed for this but the other person was already in the range of 61-65 how can the increase in premium happened, they didn't had response and they said it's the combo we were surprised when they said.
                      Moreover they also made the goof-up in which the insurance selling person mixed the contact number of dependent on the primary even the date of birth also which they said you should visit somewhere else.
                      Even after so much discussion they threatened us by saying that now you get your claims passed, this is an unacceptable behaviour from such a firm which who are not helping us at initial level when we didn't required any assistance except the increased premium information which is my right and office people didn't supported me regarding the account information rectification.
                      Such type of FRAUD's are running these days by Religare Sales Person in Dehradun, office people are not ready to listen anything regarding this rather yelling on this and was threatening people.

                      There is already a huge amount and time we already invested in the insurance and now we have to waste so much time on these activities, this gives us the feeling of customer cheating and thus needed to be fixed.

                        Subject: Claim amount for re-imbursement

                        Sir/mam,

                        With due respect, my name is Manish Kumar client of RBL bank and Care Health Insurance Group Policy No: 18016595, Certificate of insurance no: 31820758. My wife Alayka Mackerdhuj Juggan-Aheer into Mata Chanan Devi Hospital on 16-Oct-2021 for vomiting, stomach pain, loose motion. Before she went to OPD for consultation on 06-Oct-2021, Dr. gave her medications for relief but stomach pain, vomiting, loose motion still continued while on medication. She went to OPD again for Dr. consultation on 13-Oct-2021 but pain still continued. Finally the Doctor suggested her to get admitted into the hospital on 16-Oct-2021 at Mata Chanan Devi Hospital. The doctor’s concern was why my wife had gotten so dehydrated as he feared that she could have died from dehydration due to the excessive vomiting. On the 19-Oct-2021 I received a call from a care health insurance representative regarding an inspection for my wife treatment and that he was coming for an inspection in the afternoon at Mata Chanan Devi Hospital. He came for an inspection and was asking questions while my wife was vomiting. I would like to mention one thing about the representative, he had very unprofessional manners. The representative’s exact words were and I quote, “You will get your ‘APPROVAL’ in an half an hour or latest one hour time”. On the same day in the evening the denial letter came through from care health insurance and the reason was “Non-disclosure of material facts/pre-existing ailments at the time of proposal- Anaemia. The representative questioned my wife if she was aware of being anaemic before and my wife replied with truth that she had anaemia in 2012 but was fully cured in 2014. She explained everything about her cure and I think the representative made a mistake as he might have forgotten to write that the ailment was completely cured. In the evening of the same day a rejection letter came. If my wife wanted to lie that she never had anaemia just foe the claim she could have done so by saying that she never had anaemia before. I thing it would have been better for us to lie and get the claim amount approved but we didn’t do that. Even when we speak the truth our claims still get rejected. Do you know how frustrating and disappointing it is for us to get a denial when we have insurance policy in the time of emergency. If I had to pay cash for treatments then why did I take the insurance policy. My wife and I were not asked about the pre-existing disease at the time that the policy was taken. Totally the fault of insurance company and RBL bank as both companies didn’t ask us about any pre-existing disease. If they would have asked us then we would have declared it at the beginning. Lots of people are disappointed and frustrated with most of these insurance company when they receive rejection letters and finally they are forced to pay cash and discharged their loved ones without proper treatments just like I did the same. I discharged my wife on the 21-Oct-2021 from the Mata Chanan Devi Hospital.

                        I would like to request you to re-imburse me what I have paid as according to all the hospital bills If the Care Health Insurance will be able to do that. Otherwise I shouldn’t have insurance policy if I have to pay cash for everything that would have been better. The Care Health Insurance people gives us so much of trust and fake smiles that they will insure and give us our total claim amount when we get admitted into the hospital or when we get sick. Please re-imburse my claim amount if its possible. I am attaching all documentations for my re-imbursement. Should I not get re-imbursed I will then have to cancel my policy with care health insurance.

                              My name is Abijith K P. Last year on 28th July 2020 I bought a Religare health insurance policy through ICICI bank.On 28th July 2021, the health policy was meant to end, even when representatives from the company called me I clearly mentioned multiple times that I was not interested in renewal of the health policy. But on 5th August 2021 I received an SMS message as follows
                              Dear MR. Abijith K P, Auto Renewal Txn for your Care Health Insurance Policy No 17802280 for Rs. 3598 has been dishonoured due to low funds. Please renew you policy by using the link www.carehealthinsurance.com or visit nearest CHIL branch today !
                              After I received this message the amount was taken from my account without any intimation. This is such a fraud company. I raised the request and called the representative too since I thought the company made a mistake, but he just gave me an email ID [protected]@religarehealthinsurance.com. I explained the situation multiple times through this email address but they just sent abstract info and a number to call ie.,[protected]/[protected] these numbers are automated and they don't give you any choice to talk to an executive. The executive who contacted me regarding the renewal told me to forward all the mails to his ID ie., gaurav.[protected]@careinsurance.com. But alas nothing happened. He promised I would get a refund asap and it was a company mistake. But even now I haven't received any amount. Kindly refund my total amount asap.

                                Policy number 30209650.
                                This policy belongs to my mother and I have requested a cancellation for the same. The policy was cancelled and I received a vague transaction screenshot of the refund saying it was successful. Despite my several attempts contacting both the agent and customer care number I've only recived rude responses and request numbers everytime I raise a complaint and a 5 day waiting period but the refund has still not been credited to the nominee. The agent Sandhya and the customer care operator Nadeem responded rudely when I asked for the transaction report and all they could say was "Mil jayega aapko after 5 days". The agent herself is not aware about the policy terms and conditions which is stupid if you're working for an organisation and unaware about such details.

                                It's a shame and a scammy move by both Religare/care insurance when they're quick to take your money meetha meetha baat karke and will take years to process a 25% refund on the premium paid.

                                This is the worst insurance company one could come accross.

                                It would be great if I can know to whose account did this refund disappear into since there was no help from customer care and the agents. Please TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES BETTER.

                                  Dear Sir/ Madam,

                                  I want to complaint about reimbursement claim of my mother- Mrs. Renu Goyal. she was having health insurance policy in Religare, Policy no. 12169094. She got suffered from COVID and was admitted in JP hospital, Zirakpur on 04.05.2021. her claim no. is 91705778 which was approved by insurance company on 12/05/2021. However, till date i have not received the claim amount. Everytime whenever we call at their customer care helpline number they make excuses and at the end of communication they generate some request id and ask us to wait for next 7 working days time for further process. We have submitted all the required documents online on their application but still claim amount is not getting refund to us.

                                  I have lost my mother due to covid and belong to middle class family. However our claim was cashless but due to emergency we managed to deposited the hospital charges as we had faith in insurance company that they will reimburse our amount but we have been harrased by them.

                                    As i opened my demat account online & that time the branch allocated to me was Jaipur but from the last 4 years i am not residing there. So I have transferred my account to Ankleshwar. For this account closure I went to the branch but the broker office does not exist at the address as given on your website & later then I contacted that person but he did not respond.
                                    For this I have contacted religare customer service & they told me that we will arrange a call back from your broker but he did not call me.
                                    After a few days I called him again, then he picked the call & told me that i didn't open your account so i can't close your account.
                                    If you want to close your account then contact to customer care. We are not sitting here to close your account. For this I have complained so many times in customer care but everytime you people give only time to resolve but nothing happened about my problem.
                                    At the time of account opening you people call so many times but when customers want to close nobody will respond.

                                        I got 2 different claims.One in December-2019 and other in March-2020 I got claim of rs 386825/- in March claim and No claim Bonus of Rs 150000/-.
