First of all i would like to inform you that i am very disappointed with very slow response from policy bazzar & "Religare" services & have the following concern against PURCHASED POLICY 12084707.
1) I have purchased this health policy by policy bazzar of Religare on date 06-Feb-2018 which policy period start from 07-Feb'2018 as mentioned in document which received by e-mail during the time of purchase.
2) I initiated cancellation request to policy bazzar on date 06-Mar-2018 within one month from date of purchase but policy bazzar forward to Religare after so many calls to me that...

The doctor has provided all information from columbia asia hospital. But still my claim has been rejected. I have a corporate connection with religare. I have insured for my father which never worked. I was having medi assist before where they were doing it without hastle. Please avoid religare.
I am forwarding this to most of the corporate offices for not choosing the releagre and if you are company is still going with this then corporate officers are bribed. Please avoid religare....

Please note down my complain against religare health insurance because i was port my policy from hdfc to religare (Who was two years old already) and at the time of claim, religare reject the claim and say that i am cheating with company, the disease was old (This say with out any proof of old disease). I confirm that this disease was not old and it is diagnose after porting the policy. This complain is related of my wife disease. Balance my view i give you at the time of meeting.

I have worked palakkad branch as relationship officer for relegare securities. So many times i have submitted my pf withdrawal form. Still there is no response from your side. My pf no. As given below mh/38968-a/5106. W worked from 01/03/2007. I called so man y times to ernakulam office and also sent pf withdrawal forms as registered post but still it is uncleared. I dont have the uan no for my withdrawal pf from umaang. So kindly send the uan no if available.

My name is mr. Bhanu limruksasin, current i am an employee of intellect design arena - thailand. I and my family has applied to be insured of religare as provded by hr.

I have submitted my claims on 5-feb-2018 and i have to wait until 23-feb-2018 to receive an email from travelclaims team of religare that please submit additional documents as copy of my passport and copy of my employee id.

Your team took 19 days to review and revet to me that please submit your copy of passport and employee id. It is un very professional...

I took the health insurance from religare health insurance and they didn't provide me the cashless when i got admitted in hospital and after that i pursue for reimbursement again they denial and told me that nothing will be diagnose in the treatment and treatment was handled on opd basis in hospital, i just want needful help from you against this case....

My personal financial details were leaked to my brother through Reliagre's Employee without my consent or request. I do not have my account with that employee's branch nor i had given any request. My brother made a big issue in my family and i had to undergo too much mental trauma and also monetary losses as i had not disclosed this Reliagre Account in my family. When contacted Reliagre for this, that who gave the authority to do all this, where is the request placed etc... they want to run away saying that the said employee has left their organisation 3 years back and we cannot trace anything related...

I had submitted my claim[protected] documents on 22-dec-2017. From the date i have submitted the documents they started asking for unnecessary docs and put my claim under query, though i have submitted all the necessary docs and bills and i have nothing pending from my end. My questions to religare health insurance -

Q1. Religare health insurance took 9 months to settle my post hospitalization.

Q2, religare health insurance did not update room rent provided by hospital and that is why i had to suffer for 9 months to get it sorted. The discripancy between them but patient had to suffer.

Q3 i have history of aprox 70 emails sent to religare helth insurance but they don't bother to reply you even. Not even last escalation is bothered (Resolve2).

Q4. Everytime i called about the discripany amount religare always...

My nc debenture redemption amount of rs 9 lakhs due on 9.10.2017 was paid on 5 nov 17 that too after several e mails to their registrar link in time, under the pretext of rtgs rejection by pnb, the rejection is due to technical error of digit numbering by bank. For which i am not responsible.
Just like taxi driver demanding triple the meter fare when there are rains, companies also take undue advantage of the situation, fleecing investors.
The company does not reply to mails requesting to pay interest for delayed payments.
Such defaulters should be dealt with severely by govt...

The redemption amount and interest total rs 9 lakhs on nc debentures due on 9 oct 2017 has not been paid yet, under the pretext of rtgs rejection by bank. The amount should have been sent by dd or cheque by speed post within 2 days. I loose interest at the rate of 300 rs per day.
The delay is intentional and taking investors for a ride like cheat finance companies. Govt should strongly deal with such defaulting companies dodging repayment for such flimsy reasons....

Following is my complaint:

1. 4th may we were guidedby your mail (Scan copy attached) about 10 % deduction and we have done the same, now on 4th october you are contradicting and supersiding at 2.5 % rate.

Request to be firm on one statment not take clients for granted and do as per your fancies whenver you feel

2. We have send mails to mr sarang patel (Copy atatched) of revised tds certificate (Amount as per what you told us) on 16th september and have yet not recived tds amount rather again...

Redemption amount of nc debentures due on 9 oct is not paid yet. No response to e mails to religare. Earlier their registrars m. S link in time fooled me by writing that the amount has been sent by rtgs on 9 oct 17.
Investors beware of such cheat companies like this and zenith birla who has not repaid my fd matured in year 2012. They want me to accept 60% of the deposit amount as final settlement.
Such cheaters are there in corporate world also. They are termed as "corporate hoodlums"...
