I too got this kind of message with general Email ID. When I mailed back they have replied with Shell Legitmacy. It looks real but if you see Email ID and online form you definately can identify it is a fake/scam because it is a not genuine id. Request all to not reply this kind of mail.

To get the price won, they only want you to send them a small amount of money for 'legal reasons'. Come on, start thinking. Will a company capable of paying you one million pounds as a price in a lottery then insist on you paying a few hunderd pounds to them. Doesn't make sense does it ..
