Item is already delivered, there was delay by DTDC courier only.
I am from Mumbai and had paid Rs 799 for an E-Table Portable Foldable Laptop Table from 24sevenindia.com website about two weeks back. Till date I have not received the laptop table. When I call them up, I get one of two responses, that either the item is currently being packed and will be shipped soon or they have not received the table from the supplier. I personally think the company is a scam and fly by night operator. They take your money and you can forget the items you ordered.

I have received the order and it is not in working condition, I have charged this Battery but when use to charge my mobile it immediately drain down.
This was my first experience and it so pathetic and horrible that I can not explain, even when i called to the customer care number they behaved very rudely.
I would request please refund my money.

i called up and someone told me that i was being finicky! He told me that the alternate item was much better. Really pathetic servuce

Media Player — Not delivering the package
Dear sir,My name is Nilesh Patel, I am from Tamilnadu Cuddalore. I have my item shipped from china and I havent received yet. I was supposed to receive the package by 28/12/10 as per the UPS records, but I havent received it yet. Whenever I call the UPS they say its forward to the concern department and are waiting for the update. I dont understand why would those guys transfer my package to the third party from Mumbai when we have UPS branch in Pondicherry just 20kms from my place. They say they have given the package to the 3rd party named capricon courier and those guys are not giving the update. I dont know what to do now .Whom shall i contact. I am very surprised how can a international firm like UPS can be so negligible.
