I had purchase a LCD of 26' (model no 26LD345,ATR) last year . After 13 month the panel of the lcd was damaged it is very unfortunate 1st (I had baught this only for LG brand what happen now pl raise that issue to the upper level). Another comp. is my warranty period is continuing now.I have given to complain to customercare on 22nd Aug 2012 & another on 25th Aug 2012 . But from bhubaneswar office they are cheating and telling it will be ok in two or three days.pl solve my prob immediately. Was this information helpful? |
