Dear Sir, I have logdged a complain to replace the panel of the above mentioned LCD TV from 22 August 2012. They are not listening to anythingelse ad just giving further dates for which i am facing many problems. Therefore pl. see to the problem as soon as possible.

I had purchase a LCD of 26' (model no 26LD345,ATR) last year . After 13 month the panel of the lcd was damaged it is very unfortunate 1st (I had baught this only for LG brand what happen now pl raise that issue to the upper level). Another comp. is my warranty period is continuing now.I have given to complain to customercare on 22nd Aug 2012 & another on 25th Aug 2012 . But from bhubaneswar office they are cheating and telling...
