A1 Packers & Movers — Not returning the advance amount back

Dear Sir,

My name is Sreekanth Goud. I am working as an IT Engineer at C&W. Currently am staying at GM palya, bangalore In january 2012 i had planned to shift some goods from my native place Nandyal to Bangaloreas of an emergency. So i wanted to go for best packers & movers. So i browsed for it and i got some contact details of packers & movers from Just Dail online site. After some time i received a call from a person Anand Shetty who is from A1 packers & movers. And later he came to my place and i spoke about the shifting goods. He told me that they will charge 11,000Rs and he took 1000Rs advance from me. And also i cleared told that it was very emergency to transport those good. But after 2 days also he did not send any vehicle to transport goods from my native. Some how i arranged a vehicle after 3 days. But later i called him many times to get the advance amount back. But he is not ready to give the amount back. I visited his place but no luck. His staff people are telling that you can call him if you want. We dont know about him and where he stays. I am chasing him from past 5months. Please get me the advance amount 1000Rs back.
