[Resolved]  AARYA CAB — Cab Facility

Hi,

I booked a Cab today for 2:30 PM afternoon and got a confirmation message at 1:19:02 PM from centre as below

Thanks you for choosing AARYA CABS Trips ID: [protected] Cab No. DL 1RT5083 Driver Name: Mukesh Kumar-[protected].

at 2:10, i called up driver, he has not picked up call and after that i called again at customer centre at[protected]. they make me on hold and get the confirmation like that we are not able to provide a Cab right now.. sorry for inconvienience...
when i spoke to them ..i dont think so it's is the way to say sorry if you are not able to provide it... then you have to inform me earlier... even i called the customer care then i got the information.

tell what i have to do right now and provide me Cab again... but they told me right now we are not able to provide Cab.

let me know this is right way to say in the end when you are not able to provide it.

Yes the serive provided by them is pathetic, the drivers are very indecent.

Today morning I booked a cab from New Delhi Railway station to NOIDA for my sister. Booking ID : [protected], Cab No. DL 1RT 5155, Driver Name : Neeraj Malhotra - [protected].

The driver left my sister with her 6 yr daughter & 3 luggage on the way and went. He even talked very indecently with her and went on to the extent of telling her do whatever you can, talk to the call centre but i would not go and dropped her on the road half way. As per his version, he was told from his call centre to cancel the booking and leave the passenger mid way.
