[Resolved]  Ab Slimmer Sauna Belt — Faulty Product

Even I purchased an Ab Slimmer belt through Indiatimes shopping on 01/11/2009 and found similar complaint i.e. getting execessively hot at the point of cable entry even at the lowest temperature setting.

I have purchased one Ab Slimmer Sauna Belt from you on 31/07/2010.
Bill No. 1182 TNGST No. 1042611 CST No. 819424 Area Code : 053 through N.Malathi Ph.No.[protected]. FIT AND FIT, Old # 75, Siruvallur Road, Perambur, chennai - 11. Cell : [protected].However, 3 months after purchase, the belt is not vibrating. I ask service to Ms.Malathi [protected], But, She told me she is not gave me the belt. I ask the company they are not responding my call. They are cheating me They got Rs.1000 for belt and service charge Rs.100. Now They are not gave me the service I Think Your Company is cheating company. because you got service charge but not gave the service.

I also purchased Sauna belt on 24/7/2012 from New FMCG Network. Soon after I purchase within 1 day the heater is not at all working and when I called the guys (Velu [protected] & [protected] ) they said they will give a new product on the same day and they never called me again and when I tried calling them again and I found the numbers are discontinued and then I realized it was a big scam and I was cheated. I was highly frustrated & disappointed on the way I was cheated
