Wish to recover old mail ID

I had my Indiatimes mail ID linked as recovery email for all other accounts. I have lost password, and my number is not linked with the same. Help me get an OTP for my mail in yahoo through Indiatimes....

Mutual fund houses have my old email ID [REDACTED_EMAIL] in their records. To change this email, they are sending OTPs to the old email ID for verification.

Kindly enable/retrieve my Indiatimes email ID or redirect mails to my new email ID [REDACTED_EMAIL] so that I can get my email changed with the mutual fund companies.

Wrong Delivery

I orders for a book "The Secret" by Rhonda Byrne to Indiatimes Shopping on 29 February 2012.
My Order no:[protected], Tracking no. [protected].
They delivered a wrong book titled "The Secret of the Nagas" authored by "Amish"
I emailed them several times, but no response.
Please help me.

I have ordered a mobile phone from shopping.indiatimes.com after seeing the advertisment of it in Time of India newspaper. I paid online. But the product which I got was faulty. After lot of conversation finally they agree for replacement and asked me to give my product to their courier vendor.                 In NBT Newspaper dated 3rd November 2022, a small news section related to PH candidates and the civil service examination was displayed. It mentioned that the full report was available on page number 11 of the newspaper, whereas there was no such news on page number 11.

                I am attaching screenshots of the newspaper in the photos section.

                It is very sad to see that such an esteemed newspaper is not providing complete information and is instead making fun of its readers.
