[Resolved]  Abhishek Buildcon — Property fraud

Abhishek Buildcon of Indore is a fraud company. It has duped me of Rs. 5 lakhs, for a property in Indore. They had taken the booking amount in August 2009, and failed to complete the agreement and registration. In fact, they failed to finalise anything, and just kept on cajolling me with sweet talks and false promises. After lot of wait, when i lost my patience, i asked for cancellation and refund of booking amount. The issued me a cheque of Rs 5 lakhs, which bounced 3 times, and never got credited. I still have the cheque and the bank bounce slip with me.
I have been harassed and mentally tortured by this builder, and they refuse to pick up the phone calls. My dealing was with Mr. Ravindra Kacchwaha, and later with sons Abhishek and Arpit Kacchwaha. All are sweet talkers, and big fraud. I want them to be punished severely, so as to save my harassment, and the innocent citizens from future frauds. i came to know that he has cheated many other people before.
