Dear Mr. Prasad,

I had taken an initaitive to complain to 99acres.com where ABHISHEK BUILDCON is posting his properties on Internet. I called them on their NOIDA office to complaint. They have not taken any actions yet to remove the posting off from their property site. I am planning to send the written complaint to 99acres with my case details. I suggest you also to the same. i Have already lodged a case in court for money recovery where he has been issued a bailable warrant an next hearing is in sept.

We should keep in touch for further plan of actions. In facr i have taken an initaitive and we are in touch with 2-3 more guys who were cheated with this fraud family.

I will sure send my complaint to 99 acres.
i have also filed a court case at Ranchi, where i am posted presently. Hearing is on 17 Aug, and subsequently he will be sent court summons. i have the cheque signed by him, and the bank statement for insufficient balance.
I am in touch with the SSP Indore, who is trying to get me my money back.
However, i have been mentally harassed a lot by him, and really want to see him punished.
Is there some way to sensitise the people of Indore, and the builders association of Indore on this issue.

Hope to be in touch constantly. It makes feel better, and gives drive to pursue the case more vigorously.

I am being contacted by few more members cheated by this duo of Abhishek and Arpit Kachwaha. They were being cheated by the same way and not getting their money back.

They were also given refund cheques by ABHISHEK buildcom, but cheques bounced due to insufficient fund. For validity of the complaint anyone can contact the guys and get the facts varified.

I am an Army officer, and have been similarly cheated of Rs. 5 lakhs by Abhishek buidcon. I have complained to SSP Indore, and he has helped me in refunding part amount. Now i am contemplating of going to court. i think we should seriously do something about punishing such people.

I appreciate you for you post. I have come to know this whole Kachhwaha Family of ABHISHEK BUILDCON is involved in duping the people through property fraud. They are giving cheques in the name of their family members which never materializes. They have given cheques in the names of following member:

3.Arpit Kachhwaha(Son)
4.Rachna Kachhwaha(Daugther)

It has been notices the same ABHISHEK Buildcon, Indore has changed the name and operating with the new name of
ABHISHEK PROPERTIES(www.abhishekproperties.com/silverspring.html)
and posting the properties on line to dupe more peoples. We are already a victim of a fraud and dont want any other person looses his hard earned money into these cheat guys.

I booked a row house with Abhishek Buildcon (Abhishek Property) Indore(Owned by Ravindra, Abhishek, Arpit Kachhwaha) in 08 May 2009 at Indore. I paid a total amount of Rs 1, 75000.00 as a booking amount through cheque and and then paid 500000.00 on his demand after some times. I also given a submersible Pump of Rs 20000.00. And Finally given the Rs 36000.00 for Land registry in the month of Dec 2009 on his promise of land registry but he failed to fulfill the commitment of land registry. Initially everything was okay and i also got my loan of (11.4 Lacks) sanctioned from SBI, GPO branch Indore.

I have told many times for land registry to Abhishesk Kachhawaha and his father Ravindar Kachhwaha and they called me more than 9 times at Registrar office for Land Registry, but he never comes. He is trying to harassment me.
He was postponding our registry several time. We keep on calling him continuously but sometimes he picked the phone, sometimes not.
Once we got frustated by false committment given by these two brothers Abhishek, Arpit Kachhwaha and their father from ABHISHEK Buildcon, I finally complaint at CSP, Annapurna, SSP Indore, IG Indore Range, but till date nothing is happned in favoure of me. He also committed before the CSP Annapurna that he will make registry in favoure of me till 31.07.2010 but he failed.
The same is published in famous daily news paper 'Patrika' 3 times.

i am being cheated by ABHISHEK Buildcon and fighting against them for recovering our money. Please beware of these three Ravindra, Abhishek, Arpit Kachhwaha .
