I have gone through the documents, quality of construction, I can sure they are one of the best.
I have visited morethan 40 appartments in around urapakkam and Abinaya construction is the best.
i and my family are happy about the documentation aswell as about the customer backup.

Hi this A.K Mehta, Geoglist from ONGC, I HAVE BOUGHT TWO APPARTMENTS FROM ABINAYA ENCLAVE F1 AND F2 APPARTMENTS FROM THEM ONE FOR MY SON AND ONE FOR MY DAUGHTER. As for as my experience i EXTEREMLY HAPPY ABOUT THE CONSTRUCTIONS AND CRYSTAL CLEAR DOCUMENTATIONS. I think the complaint is absolutely stupidity and BASELESS
This is Sugumaran owner of the appartment E1, i have bought the appartment 2 months before. I am stunned about the complaint lodged by some of the customer because my money is hard earned, i have gone through all the basic before buying the appartment from Abinaya, I have literarly visited more that 100s of project before coming to conclusion of buying from Abinaya Construction. In fact i can assure that
they are geniune, All the leading bank have approved their project. Moreover one Mr. Gopi Finance manager from Abinaya Construction had greatly helped me in getting the Home loan from HDFC.
One thing i can agree with the complaint. As far as my experience ABINAYA CONSTRUCTION is good and buyer can go for their projects.

I own F1 appartment, I am 100% satisfied with the Abinaya Construction and his team. I think the complainaint must be Bogus, since i know all the occupant of the appartment and they all satisfied with the constructions of ABINAYA CONSTRUCTION. TOTALL 100% FALSE COMPLAINT. My in law also bought one appartment from Abinaya Construction at, Velachery 8 years before, only on their advice i purchased the appartment from Abinaya Construction. Once again I can assure to all the buyers that complaining against the builder is absolutely false and absurd.

So far we have bought two flats from RAMS and they are abolutely the best .Even after 20 over years the flats we purchased are high quality. Unfortunately now there are lots of greedy inviduals, completely unscruplous who do not mean a human being at the other end in the real estate tarde. I got a call from Abinaya Construction telling me that I am being selected for a gift. I and my wife should go together and collect it. Is it true? I asked the lady who called me, she said we would have a 45 minute discussion with regard to how to use the gift and then we would not be asked to buy anything. All I can guess is that the discussion is going to be about flat/plot selling and nothing else. Can I trust and go after Abinaya Construction? Could someone guide me though on this? Narayanan.

Hello All, today i got a call from Abinaya constructions stating that I have won a gift voucher of 45K and a kitchen set free for shopping what we had done with Reliance Trends, I was curious and checked they are a part of Glide group of companies who are basically cheaters. a gift voucher for 45 K from a lottery. I went for shopping to Bigbazaar and it seems from there they collected my info and called me up. But thanks to this forum, I found out this is a fraud.
To collect this gift voucher, they asked to come and collect with family.
Thank you people for saving my time from this fraud.

I went to the 45k worth discussion... and all was ... 2 hrs of my precious time, money i spent for food and petrol all a big waste... dear Indian citizens... i request u not to attend any of this lucky draw meetings.. my personal experience should be a lesson to all... ?:(
