i booked a ticket in ABT travels . i Cancelled the ticket, but the refund is not done yet .its almost one month over if i ask they giving some ARN number alone . i am asking for money they giving ARN number . if it so, i checked with my bank manager, he said ARN number cant be used to trace only UPR number is used for that . he asked me to get the UPR number i replied back to ABT travels, since they not reply anything . very bad experience
30.1. 2013 i booked a ticket in ABT travels. regularly for the past 2 years i am using this bus service only .every time i will board at perungalathur only, My timings will be 9.45pm but always bus used to reach the point only at after ONE AND A HALF HOURS LATER. If i ask for reason always they will answer traffic problem...This year 2 times they gave me the boarding point at guindy by 8.15pm.1st time i reached boarding point by 7.45pm itself bus came by 8pm they took the bus by 8.30pm...for 2nd time i came by 8.20pm they took the bus without boarding eventhough i informed them i am in trafffic will reach within 5mins and also i reached.I DIDN'T GOT ANY GOOD RESPONSE BUT THEY THREATENED ME ON THAT DAY .ITS JUST A VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

ABT is moving to worst situations, the buses are not on time, buses are not maintained properly, behavior of the staff is rude .I wonder why they are spoiling their reputation. if i am correct ABT belongs to Mr. Mahalingam of pollachi, who has the highest regard for running business for decades with a class standard & transparency.
I have decided not to use ABT Again, my experience should not happen to other travelers .
