This is with regards to my wife nandini, who travelled from coimbatore to chennai on 11th october (9.15 pm) bus. the bus driver/conductor kamaraj did not stop at olympia junction at guindy (kathipara junction), despite huge space for stopping the bus. the bus crossed the kathipara junction and kamaraj told my wife, you can walk the distance and also said "cant you walk". such rude and improper behaviour.

Your operator service is not at All responsive we had to travel by the 9.30 bus on 1.10.14 today but we had to wait for for hours and the reason they have for the delay is that the bus is stuck in porur and still the reason remains the same now im not at all satisfied by your service and I won't prefer to avail your travel in the future and I will not recommend any one that I know to Abdul your services...

yes, that is right ABTX travels(especially chennai) is a very bad option for travelling.But this is not 75 years old bus service,it is only 10 years old.
