I HAD GIVEN MY SONY ERICSSION LIVE WITH WALKAMAN WT19I MOBILE PHONE. FOR A CHARGING PRBLM, ON 3.12.2012 THEY SAID ITVIL B READY IN 20 DAYS....... BT AFTER ONE MONTH ALSO THEY R NT DELIVERING IT. AND TELLING THAT IT SHOULD BE SENT TO HIGH LEVEL SYS. TO SERVICE AS I HAVE YEAR WARRANTY.................................................... MUST TAKE NECESSARY ACTION......................
