Sir,
My hard disk was under warranty and i returned it for replacement. After 4 days i received acknowledgement from chennai office that my parcel shipped for delivery with tracking number of blue dart courier. I am residing in mangalore, whereas tracking in bluedart shows the parcel is sent to mumbai. By today 7 days over i dint received my parcel.

    I am from bhubaneswar odisha. This is to inform you that your bhubaneswar customer care center representative s are very bad. They properly not repaire infocus mobile, the phone no is ringing but not receive any person... The customers not even property listen the problem of customer. I went to bhubaneswar customer care center they behave with me very negative way even they are not willing to listen my problem nor solve my mobile issue. I am return your office with a very bad filling. Why give open service center, no repaire any mobile

      I have applied my pf withdrawal on 10 jan 2017. But now no any information from the pf office. Pf amount cannot credited in my of account. Kindly give the status. My pf number is.       i bought r9290 on 1st feb 2014
      it stopped working on 15 august 2016
      i had captured some images of the card high resolution an sent it to one of the member of accel frontline delhi on the day i submitted the card
      i got the card back they said that it is damaged, i clearly saw that the had my card damaged hope you resolve the camplaint

        I have purchased Infocus M350 on dated 25-Apr-2016 having IMEI No: "[protected]" from Snapdeal. After four month, the Audio system of my phone stopped working. I contacted InFocus customer support and submitted my phone to the Infocus authorised Service Center ACCEL FRONTLINE, MP Nagar Zone 2, Bhopal for the repair of my phone on date 9-September-2016. The IVR Call number is[protected] and Call Id is INFBHP[protected]DW. I was told by service centre that the phone repairing will take maximum 15 days but whenever i ask for the phone they provides a new date. Since two months i regularly visit the service center on the given date. Each time the give same excuse that phone is not repaired till now and they will repair the same latest by next week. but now i am tiered of this nonsense and boring excuse from service center. I feel their services are very poor in India. I request to the concerned authority to resolve my issue at the earliest.

            Hi this is Lydia from chennai. I surrended my device which is under warranty in accel front line in greams road on 3rd august 2016. The company didn't attend the problems in my device and still waiting for spare parts and they have also damaged the rear side of my device.

            On September 21st 2016 I got my device back with no service done apart from damaging my device. The device warranty expires on 23rd September 2016. I urge you to look in to this issue and provide solution at the earliest.

              I had given biostar motherboard to accel frontline services at clock tower, secunderabad on 10 august 2016
              They said they will replace another motherboard within 7 working days that was ok with me and today is 19 aug and still no replacement
              I got no response about the status, nor was the site updated with the status. It states - "waiting for allocation".

              I would request biostar to introspect. Seeing this service, i would never recommend biostar products to any one forget about buying one.

                I purchased this phone through snapdeal in August 2015. Same week I visited for battery issue, phone was in service centre one week. Again in this october, phone was not starting. Submitted the phone to Accel Frontline Limited on 16th October. Till now my phone is not repaired. They don't have stock of boards of this model. On enquiring, there are seven phones lying in this service centre for want of boards. I made a complaint to Infocus Service through mails and phone calls, but there is no firm commitment from the company.

                  MY INFOCUS M530 brought just 45 days back, was physically damaged and i went to service center to repair it. the service center has handed over my mobile and returned it with in 15 days . the issue is the bill which has given by the service center is just mentioned AS (1)rupee but i paid almost (2907) rupees for repair and service charge . I raised my voice against this issue but noq they gave me fake bills as 2500 for phone display and 399 as service charges. i want to know whether my phone has insurance or not. i have attached all the bills but i dont know which is original bill . plzz help me... thankq

                      Sir/madam,
                      accel frontline worker has installed a hp laserjet printer at calicut bp last month . Now it is not functioning. When the power is switched on, the screen shows "hp" and it is getting stuck. I discussed this with your worker "nandha" who has installed this here ( iocl, chelari bottling plant, calicut). Please take immediate action as we are in immense need of it. Please fix this issue as early as possible

                            It is unable to contact your service center for segate in trivandrum, kerala.there is only one number mentioned and it is always busy then how a customer contact them, if directly go to service center it is being closed and put a board today is holiday, after changing the segate service center from mettukada to pattom it is totally waste, the customer service and care is totally worst, please make it clear as possible

But the segate site is mentioning it as not yet received . So i called there customer care number [protected] While talking to customer care executive they assured me to provided the solution on the same day itself, but there was no response from the side till[protected]. So i request to rectify there mistake and provide me the solution as soon as possible

                                  Hi Team, This is dinesh from chennai. I gave my Sony Ericcson MT11i to the service center Accel Frontline Ltd Thiru Building, Ground Floor, 160 Greams road, Tamilnadu, Chennai. for the "EAR PHONE PROBLEM" (not able to hear receivers's voice in my phone) on 20-AUG-2013. Ticket ID is : [protected] Job No : W[protected] Mr.Jaiprakash had taken the service on my mobile and he did some changes. For this service he told me that he changed the "EAR Kit" component and he charged Rs.800 for this. But I refused to pay Rs.800 for this service, because I noticed that he didn't change any component in my Mobile. So finally he asked Rs.300 and I give the same to him. He didn't given the bill for me. On the same day while i using my mobile the display gets automatically off, but the mobiles remains switched on. I can get incoming calls, but i can't able to see any thing on the display. I can hear voice only. Note : Before I gave it to service center I didn't face this DISPLAY issue. So on the next day 21-AUG-2013 I again went to the service center and told the complaint. They again asked me to log a ticket and I reopened the same ticket ([protected]) At this moment Mr.Jaiprakash told me that this is S/W complaint I will re-install the OS and u can collect the same after 2 hours. I too cam after 2 hours and checked, but still the same display problem exists. Again I gave it them and asked them to resolve the issue permanently. Today I called them @ [protected] to check the status of this ticket. They told me that the problem is solved and asked me to collect. I went to the service center and checked my mobile by paying Rs.170 for S/W upgrdation. But still I have the same issue. Now they said that this is BATTERY issue, you can change the battery and use. I said OK and if after the replacement of battery if I get the same problem means what can I do? For this they said that there is no permanent solution for this. You have to keep like this way or else we have to change the "Mother Board". Can you please take necessary action on this. I would like to get back my phone.                                     My name is yunus khan i had submitted my hard disk on 15 june call id is (SGTBFB[protected]DW) and i receives it on 29 june 2013 and it is defective hard disk when I ask customer care to replace it they told me you have to resubmitted it and wait for 15 days. i submitted it 2nd time CALL ID is (SGTBFB[protected]DW) and recives it on 27 july 2nd time they also send me defective hard disk and when i ask to check it custom care ACCEL FRONTLINE in SAKINAKA they told me we dont do any thing the way only is submit it again and again wait for 15 days. sea gate and accelfrontline is very RABBISH service provided.
