[Resolved]  Acme Builders — Unauthorised Booking of Flats

Acme is one of the famous builders in MMR. As per their recent stats from website they have some 100 completed projects in Mumbai from last 40 years, which is a big success.
I visited their site last Sunday. Sales team is very responsive & transparent. They resolved all my concerns & guide me on how the property will help me as an investor.
My relatives bought a flat in one of their projects in Thane.

This is a wonderful project. I have an apartment in Acme's project. &* never faced any issues about possession, quality, payments till date. Not sure why others are facing this issue.
Acme is a reputed brand, waiting for new launch.

Book this project if you have an investment horizon of 7-8 years. Returns will be excellent, also post 7-8 years this project can be the best option for sel[censored]se so you can sell your property at a very good rate.

It has 2 & 3 bhk apartments, 2bhk starts at 1.10cr. Which is a good deal.

Good place to invest. There are lots of projects in GB road but my first preference will always be Acme. Pricing, construction quality & possession matters the most.

Hi Everyone, Acme ozone is a nice project located in Thane. There are some people who have not booked this property but still share negative feedback about the brand & project. I don't understand how does increasing floors of the tower affects the buying decision, until you are looking for a top floor? I'm 110% sure Acme had not done this, because at the same period I myself purchased an apartment here at Ozone & was never misguided by the sales team.
No of floors is related to the locality FSI, as far as the builder has choice to increase the floors I don't see anything wrong happening here.

GB road is one of the hottest place to invest & Ozone is one of the best project in this locality. Price & lcoation Is excellent. Way better than other developers in the area.

Best place for investors & sel[censored]se both. GB road prices will continue to rise for another 5 years which is a good news for investors. Acme recently gave possession of a tower at Ozone, so possession delivery is not a problem for this property. One can also book an apt here for sel[censored]se.

GB road is one of the best place to invest right now. There are many big builders in this area including Acme. One should consider visiting this site before investing in GB road.

GB road is the hottest place to invest right now. And Ozone is among the top builders who are currently present in this area. Lots of people have started staying here on rent because connectivity to all major areas is convenient. Highly recommended for property owners.

Best area & property to invest. Just go for it guys. GB road prices will get better & better in next five years. I'm myself planning to invest here. Acme Ozone is by far my most prefered investment. They also have a scheme, you can book a 2bhk at 4.99L & pay the rest on possession. This will take care of all your possession issues.

Highly recommended property in this area. I was very confused when I first though of investing in GB road, because its full of builder. From local to big brands you will find everyone here with different prices. So my first preference in GB road were properties in Pokhran since its a posh area compared to other areas in GB road. Also on requesting updates i have come to know that it will be given in December 2018 Also they refuse to compensate for the delay. What should be done??
