Dear Sir, I want to bring in your attention that ACME housing group is doing illegal booking for their OAKWOOD and ASHWOOD buildings in ACME OZONE projects in THANE(w). Earlier they had permission of 15 floors to build in each building, but now they are booking flats for 16-30th floor without legal permissions. They asking for 20% money and saying that they will arrange legal permissions after elections, which are due in Maharashtra. Is there any whatsapp group which has acme avenue buyers. These guys are real thugs and needs some legal treatment. Can you join hand together and raise a case against them

Anyone here who is buyer in Acme Boulevard? No news of possession even after 2 years booking. No progress in the construction even today.
