Dear sir,

One & half year back i purchased honda activa two wheeler in Bangalore. (I bought it from sapphire honda). In due course i shifted my house to some other area i.e Nagharabhavi, magadi road. The nearest dealer/service point of honda activa available Planet Honda in Sunkadakatte, Magadi Road. I regularly used to give my Honda activa vehicle for servicing in this service centre. Whenever the vehicle comes out after servicing i would notice the new problems.So many times i brought this to the notice of concerned people over there. One week back again i gave my vehicle for servicing, after servicing the vehicle kicker was taking so many kicks to start. This problem should not come when vehicle get serviced. If vehicle is parked for 3 to 4 hrs, i need to kick the vehicle more than the 10-15 times. When i took the vehivcle to planet honda service center for the complaint, for that matter everyone will get surprise the answer i received from service personnel from this service center. He says i have put the key & on it & off it, again put the in start mode and kick the vehicle. You have to do it two to three times. Literlly he is in no mood to listen my complaint. I quaralled with him for 15 minutes.I wonder how Honda motors (such a branded company) will train these guys. The people available with planet honda are not properly trained and when i am complaining during the same time i heard somebody was complaining about the services. These un trained & arogant technicians & service case workers will screw up company brand image. And i wondor such a good vehicle will be screwed up by such non trained & ill informed people. These dealers only thinks only making quick money and same they forget about the services. I request you to take neccessary action against dealers. Now i have decided not to give my vehicle for servicing to dealers. If any body asks about the openion of vehicle i sincerly suggest not to buy honda activa. Because whatever may be the perforomance of the vehicle, during serviceing it will screwed up by the untrained people and as i see the complaint these people are present in all activa show rooms. If proper people are not there to do servicing then what is use of byuing a vehicle.

Hope you will undrestand my concern & initiate neccessary action the dealers.
