Hello sir, mam I am vipan mittal from Ludhiana. I bought the vehicle from pioneer Honda (shree dadu auto pvt. ltd.) near GANDHI NAGAR, G.T ROAD, , DHOLEWAL, , Pin-141003.. My vehicle number is PB10FN4287. Delivery date is[protected]. From the very next week, I met with an accident. In this accident, my activa front part of mudguard, chimta is seriously damaged.. then i took my activa for repair to agency(shree dadu auto pvt. ltd.).. After few days, the dealers call me (From pioneer Honda agency) that your activa is totally repair, you come and check it... when I came, I am totally surprised to see the repaired part of activa, there is very big color difference between original paint of activa to repaired paint of the activa.. when, i question to the workshop manager regarding these color difference, he told me that the Honda company provided these type of the poor quality colors to paint the repair / damaged part of activa and also use same poor quality of colors in new activa... I said that i am not satisfied your service, pls do the same paint in repaired part of activa.. i am also said that i want to click the photos of this activa, so i told your head office, how you treat the activa and me...but dealer don't allow me to click the photos of activa and company workshop manager misbehaved me and said i dont want customer like you, which are not satisfied... i am having many customers to deal, pls don't waste my time. I am really disappointed with the service of Honda activa .. i had a lot of expectations, but Honda activa has not fulfilled my needs. I fed up with the attitude and the service of the dealer.. This is the worst service i have never seen... I am requesting Honda to do the same paint in repaired part of activa.. Kindly take some strict action towards it, as it regrades the reputation of Honda... if no action is taken .. i may to be constrained to redress my complaint legally.. i hope wiser cousels will prevail and the needful will be done from your side without forcing me to take a drastic step... Thanking you...

When I requested r to give me the quotation and I got the quotation of Rs.61600.and I have give the chaque of Rs 61600.00, she told me that you can take your active delivery on Sunday I visited Sunday for delivery and that time she told me If I want to take choice no I have to pay Rs1300.00I have paid that amount and she give me the Delivery Chelan with indicate the choice no in DC. After ten day means today I got the call from there depose the choice no amount which I have already paid tham when I visited in showroom didn’t take me very serious and asked me to just like a thief.         I had got my two wheeler "Activa Honda" repaired for Engine and got insurance of same. within 3 days of service, it went wrong (engine valves cracked) and I had to bring it to Service station at Inustrial Area Phase 2, Ram Darbar, Chandigarh namely "Platinum Honda". The vehicle was undoubtedly repaired with no charges. But on late evening, 12th May, 2013 (Sunday), it went again wrong from Kick side, where Kick stuck and jammed. I lodged complaint to Activa Pick-up service at No,.[protected], they assured me to pick up my vehicle on Monday, the 13th May, 2013, when I again reminded, but they did not pick up my vehicle on the pretext that they are very busy. At last before making complaint on on-line, I requested last time to Sh. Mohit, GM - Activa Honda service on phone No.[protected]. I am waiting with little hope that my activa would be repaired.
        I had got the engine repaired and insured on the assurance and satisfaction delivered by the officers that no charges would be levied for engine work, but am sufferring for loss of time as I do govt,. job.

        Honda Activa — Delay in repairing the vehicle

        Mr. Gajendra Sahoo gave his vehicle at Gugnani service center on 12.01.11, but till today that is not repaired.

        Hi m feel very bad for u. i would suggest u there is lots of option available, M using new italian brand Scooter that is Vespa Looks Wise N Perfomance wise is Awasome. if you looking for new scooter i suggest just try once vespa. m sure you will like.

          I have booked Activa yesterday through Honda dealer Universal Honda, Khanpur, Ahmedabad. When I went there I have been forced to book the vehicle with accessories worth Rs.3137/- Which is available in the local Market for Rs.1000/- to Rs.1200/- or else they can't take my booking. I have tried to explain them that I wan't to put a different type of accessories but they have told me they can't help me as this is the company policy. Can you please advise me .

          I think you should change your mind... you shpuld go 4 all new Vespa 125... which is available in Ahmedabad... New Vespa 125... is known for it performance, Quality N sales services... it is the only premium scooter in the world... u'll get RSA with Vespa i.e Road side assistance... which no other 2 wheeler company provide to their customers...               I TAKE DELIVERY OF MY ACTIVA ON 05.04.2012 AT 6.30 PM. FROM HEM AGENCY LOCATED AT S.V. ROAD, OPP. TO KANDIVALI TELEPHONE EXCHANGE, KANDIVALI (W). MUMBAI: 400067. ON VERY NEXT DAY WHEN I STATRTED SCOOTER IN THE MORNING I GET PROBLEM OF STARTING WITH SELF BUTTON. BURGER OF SIGNAL LIGHTS WAS ALSO NOT WORKING. I TOLD BY THE DEALER TO GO TO THE SERVICE STATION AT BORIVALI WEST. I WENT TO THE SERVICE STATION AT BORIVALI WEST AT VENETIAN HONDA ON 08.04.2012 I.E AFTER 2 DAYS OF TAKING DELIVERY OF THE SCOOTER. THE MECHANIC TOLD ME THAT I HAVE TO REPLACE THE BATTERY UNDER WARRANTY. I SUGGESTED BY THE SERVICE MANAGER OF SERVICE STATION MR. ASHOK PALEKAR THAT I HAVE TO DRIVE SCOOTER FOR SOME MORE KILOMETERS FOR CHARGING OF THE BATTERY. AFTER GET RUNNING THE SCOOTER MORE KILOMETERS, BATTERY WILL GET CHARGE. HE ALSO TOLD ME THAT HE WILL TAKE PROPER LOOK AFTER MY SCOOTER WHEN I GIVE IT FOR 1ST SERVICE. TODAY I.E 02.05.2012 I GAVE SCOOTER TO THE SERVICE STATION FOR SERVICING. MR DEVENDRA MAKE MY JOB CARD. MY JOB NO. IS 12JC10616. IN THE EVENING I GOT PHONE CALL FROM MR. DEVENDRA THAT I HAVE TO SEND BATTERY FOR REPLACEMENT TO THE COMPANY. WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR IT. YOU HAVE TO SEND IT. WHILE I GAVE COMPLAINT WITHIN THREE DAYS AFTER TAKING DELIVERY OF THE SCOOTER TO THE COMPANY. WHEN I FIRST TIME GAVE COMPLAINT SCOOTER WAS RUN ONLY 28 KMS. SO BY THIS WAY HONDA COMPANY CHEATED US BY GIVING US BY DELIVERED DEFECTED SCOOTER WITH DEFECTED BATTERY WHILE MR. PALEKAR SERVICE MANGER WAS HAVE FULLY KNOWLEDGE OF THIS DEFECTED BATTERY. PLEASE MAKE THIS COMPLAINT TO THE AUTHORITIES WHO AUTHORISED FOR THIS MATTER.

                  I bought Activa Honda No. on 28.08.2011from RADIANT HONDA,LKO , since from first day there is problem in both self start and kick start. Within one month on 27 Sep i gave it for my 1st free service to the service center Vijay Honda, Lko. He said there must be some battery recharging problem and there is no kick start problem in it, he recharged the battery and Charged Rs.16 for the same .

                  Within 1 or 2 days there is blockage in kick(not returning back itself) and no self start .Again on 05 Oct i reached service center and complaint for the same.then he checked and said that self start wire not attached and Gear Comp Kick DR is broken and it should be changed.This time bill raised for Rs.204.96.

                  Today its 16 Aug, standing with the same problem of self start and no of kicks needed to start.

                  .And above all i bought this Activa for my father who is suffering from severe knee pain of Gathia and doctor suggested him just to drive without gear scooter only.

                  Its a request to please takes some action else it will proved to be big question mark on brand name.

                  I have purchased activa on 21.08.2014. Today I have noticed that when I tern the ignition switch to on, humming voice start coming . Is it normal or O have to get the vehicle inspected.

                      Sir i am Abdul Hamid Kadiwala want to complain about Activa Honda which is not delivered till today also. I have booked this Activa Honda at 28/05/2010. Booking No. is 89 Receipt No. is 462. I have pay 1000rs in cash for booking the Activa Honda (White Color). The dealer office name is Innovative Honda which is situated at Dholka Dist Ahmedabad. when i will go their they tell us that we will give u in month or in a week but tell todya they not give us. So plz take this my complain or i will take a action in a consumer forum for this action. I[censored] solve this problem i am now wait a week not more thanm that but now i want in a week white Color Activa only.If there is u want to contact me than call me at my number is [protected].Take my request as soon as possible.

                        I booked an ACTIVA in the month of July 2010. On 12th Dec 2010 in the evening I received information from the dealer to come and collect my piece.They also instructed me to make the payments one day in advance so as to complete the paper work formalities before the delivery of the vehicle. I POLITELY REFUSED TO MAKE ANY PAYMENTS IN ADVANCE, rather GET THE DELIVERY OF THE VEHICLE ON THE SAME DAY WHEN THE PAYMENT FOR THE VEHICLE IS MADE.I also reminded them that I had regarding cheque payment for the vehicle I informed them that I would collect the same on 15th Dec. On 15th I reported for delivery of the vehicle at 4.30in the evening. They insisted me to get accessories fitted and take the vehicle next day. When I told them I was not interested in any of the accessories they refused to acccept the payment through cheque. They made me sit there for more than 2hours.In spite of giving them choice of either State Bank Of India or IDBI or UCO bank cheques for payment they told me that there is no RULE TO ACCEPT TO ACCEPT CHEQUES . When I asked them to show the rule finally they had to deliver the vehicle . SUCH HARASSMENTS TO THE CUSTOMERS SHOULD NOT DONE.

                          Dear Sir
                          I booked my Activa on 17th June 2010 at GS Honda Jalandhar,after giving 7-8 calls at last your office allow me to take delivery of Activa. Your official ,who attend the phone assure me that I have to pay only Rs 43275 basic rate and other things i.e. insurance, accessories and RC are optional.

                          But When I visited there as per appointment fixed then:-

                          1) They insist me to purchase accessories or go back without Activa.

                          2) They charged Rs 3350/ for accessories.

                          3) They are unable to explain the breakup of the Rs 3350/

                          4) They don’t give any receipt or bill of this amount.

                          5) Accessories Rs 3350/ is Three times costlier than market rates.



                          Now you are requested to look into the matter and take necessary action in this regard.

                          I am waiting for your reply.

                            Asking for compulsory accessories of Rs.9,070/- in addition to its basic price of Rs.48930/- of new model 4ID by dealer - Emerald Honda, "Solitaire" Opp: Police Commissioner Office, Shahibaug, Ahmedabad and refusing to give the delivery without accessories. I want to buy without accessories against my booking dated 30.3.2010 vide my booking receipt No. 457 in the name of Sandip A Mistry and nobody in the whole dealers office will talk to any customer about anything as far as the pricing is concerned and no fair practice of the dealer

                                    I have purchased a Activa Honda in one of your Dealer M/s. Lodha Honda (Tambaram - Chennai) last month. Right from the day one we have not attended properly and no response is accurate. we do not know who is seller and who is buyer. to buy one vehicle we have shuttled for 5 times. the dealer thinks that customer has no other work except to visit his showroom.

                                    Absolute Poor customer service. today when i went to give my vehicle for first service, i am shocked to hear that only on booking vehicle will be taken for service. this was not properly informed by the dealer. which creates a mental agony and waste of time travelling from my residence to showroom everytime.

                                    Your product may be good but the dealers.......

                                    Please check on the process of your dealers to improve your sales.

                                      I have booked a Honda Activa on 23-feb-2010 on Kasliwal Automobiles p. ltd. 580 M.G. Road Indore-MP. . Dealer said that there are stock is not and vehicle will be dilevery ofter 2.5 month ..
                                      I want to know the delivery status that what time ( month) for actual dilevary . I am expecting a satisfactory response from a wold class company "Honda"

                                        I am businessman in MOGA and i would like to draw your kind attention towards the dealers here in MOGA M/S HEM HONDA.I have booked activa there for such a long time and i can understand the problem of shortage but it is unethical that they are forcing a consumer to buy accessories of atleast Rs.2390 along which are very costly . If a consumer shows no interest in buying activa along with accessories they take too much time for deliver it if consumer want accessories they deliver it with in 20 days . I want you to take some strict action against your dealers and inform whether your company sells activa or accessories .i hope to see stringent action against them .
