I am repeatedly requesting to stop gclub.in service on my cell no [protected], but my request is not entertained & charged are deducted. please stop this service .

when i opted for no. porting the problem was resolved, all my deducted balance was given back but as soon as i decided to stay with the network, problem arised again.
i am fed up of this service.
and now i also cant talk to the customer care.
